Very Well Equipped

Well presented, with a lovely welcome basket including treats for the dog. Very clean - kitchen really well equipped and the sunny courtyard area & secure parking was a real bonus.

The property is only a short walk from the beach which is doggie heaven in the winter months and Paignton is well situated to explore this lovely area.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that there was no comfy sitting area - who needs a big 6 seater dining table for a 2 bedroomed let! Also on a more personal level the bathroom is not next door to the bedrooms - a bit of a trek for those nocturnal visits!

Immaculate, with amazing attention to detail!

We were so impressed with this spotless apartment. It literally had everything that you need for a comfortable stay with so many added touches, such as the fresh flowers on the table and the welcome hamper. The private parking meant that it was easy to unload and load the car and just helped to make our whole stay more relaxing with one less thing to think about as we never would have got parked on the road.

The only reason this review is not 5 stars is the lack of privacy with the apartment above. As the joining door is glass as soon as the light is put on the above apartment can see straight into the double bedroom and hallway. Not only this but they often kept their light on all night, which shined into the room all through the night. I would like to stress how ever this did in no way take any enjoyment away from our stay.

We would like to thank the owner for providing a well equipped, very clean and ideally situated apartment for a fantastic week away.
