Large 3 bed 1st floor apt in quiet village location between corrajelo & El Cottillo. 2 bathrooms one en suite. 3 terraces including large roof terrace. Fully fitted kitchen including full cooker, washing machine & fridge/freezer. Bedrooms consist of 1 large double, 1 large twin & 1 single. Maybe possible to sleep 1 person on settee. Recently painted. Bed linen & towels supplied. As from 1st Nov 2016 there will be a new TV & WIFI in the apt.

the owner of this property is Josie who now lives back in the UK after living in Australia for over 25 years. she also owns a rental property in sicily. the property is managed by her long term friend cathy who is a frequent visitor to Fuerteventura. cathy has been to Fuerteventura for the last 18 years & fell in love with the island & the people on her first visit

Why cathy chose La Oliva

we chose this property because of its size & its quiet location away from the tourist area. we didn't want to be on a complex where it is always busy and noisy. the views from the roof terrace are lovely & calming. with it being on the bus route it meant that getting to corrajelo & el cottillo was simple. having its own car parking space means we can hire a car & leave it outside the property

What makes this apartment unique

quiet location. lovely views. roomy accommodation. fully fitted kitchen including a proper cooker (a lot of rental places only have a 2 ring cooker but no oven). the freezer is quite big (not just an ice box) & its a large fridge so it reduces how many times you have to shop. washing machine, microwave, toaster.

The apartman is perfect. Big, clean, well equipped, with a view of mountain :) and it is cheap compering the most apartmants. Perfect to rest and sleep in a quite environment.

Great spacious apartment in la Oliva

I cannot thank Cathy enough for her help and very friendly contact right from our very first email and phone call. She gave us masses of information and all sorts of directions.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and all of the equipment and linen necessary for a prolonged stay like ours. We particularly liked all of the little extras left for our use right down to the sewing kit

The village is small but the bus services are excellent to larger towns and public transport is not expensive compared to the UK.

The apartment is in a rural residential area and the neighbours are very quiet and friendly even if the best you can do is wave, smile and call out 'Buena Dia'.

I would recommend it to anyone though a car would be an advantage to explore the lower part of the island.

A little Gem

The apartment is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. It has a balcony and a rooftop terrace. A short walk in one direction takes you to a small supermarket, 2 bars, a great pizzeria, a pharmacy a swimming pool, a church and a historic precinct - La Oliva has a lot of history. In the other direction a fabulous bakery/lunch bar. It is very close to ver efficient public transport. We loved our stay there.

Gran apartamento tranquilo

Un gran apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario. En una zona muy tranquila del pueblo. Quizá se eche de menos un poco una televisión para los ratos nocturnos, pero por lo demás muy aconsejable. Las instrucciones de la propietaria y la comunicación con ella, excelentes.

Casa accogliente e pulita con tutto il necessario per vivere

Ho soggiornato in questa casa vacanze per dieci giorni. La cAsa è molto grande ci pOssimo stare fino a sei persone.la cucina attrezzatissima e le camere grandi e ben tenute. Il posto è immerso nella natura ed è molto rilassante svegliarsi ed addormentarsi nel silenzio soprattutto per chi è abituato a vivere nelle grandi citta ma In 10 minuti di macchina raggiungi le spiagge più belle. Ci tornerei al volo.grazie a Katy( la padrona ) sei una persona molto gentile

Buen estado de la propiedad relación calidad-precio.

El apartamento estuvo muy bien equipado: plancha, toallas y ropa de cama, agua potable, ... todo lo necesario. El aspecto de la limpieza se hubiera podido mejorar, sobre todo en los espacios exteriores. Un aspecto negativo fueron los golpes en la pared de los vecinos (quejas), en varias ocasiones, sin motivo aparente. En general, disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable y cómoda.
