Excellent Penthouse Apartment in main Church sq.

We (our family and Parents) were very impressed with this Apartment and Puerto Pollensa in general, with it's warm, safe climate, good food and friendly Spanish people, an excellent choice for families with children, (9/10 times one could manage with just English alone), This clean upmarket top floor corner Apartment (3rd floor with lift) has an equally spacious roof terrace both facing almost south and less than 300 metres from the sea / beach (5 min walk), the owner (Irish) has an Spanish Caretaker with good English who will meet you and make you feel at home and who is only a phone call away should you need any help or advice, all you need Shops, Restaurants, Chemists and Doctor's Surgery are nearby, a car is not required in Puerto Pollensa, however we hired a car in Palma for our trip (to explore the Island) and would do so again.

Great apartment

Very good apartment, good location, well equipped, very clean and lots of space. We particularly loved the roof terrace! The owner was very helpful and responded promptly.

About Stephen

The owner is a keen triathlete so its a great location for cycling and swimming in the bay. Every year we take groups out to the island for training holidays. We also go there for summer holidays with our kids and sleeping 6 in 3 rooms plus 2 on a sofa if needed its great for families too

Why Stephen chose Port de Pollença

A really convenient location with a lift to the top floor so wonderful views. A stunning roof terrace allows you to live and eat out doors without being overlooked despite being in the center of everything. Great location for sports and amenities.

What makes this apartment unique

Really close to the main square in Pollenca so no need for a car. 50m to restaurants and bars. Right beside the main bus stops to the airport, Palma and Alcudia. Close to the beach too (300m). Top floor location allows great views of the hills and the church. If you leave all the windows open can be a bit noisy at night, but close the windows and leave the AC on and its a perfect location.
