About this property

It is a country house with swimming pool, recently it restored retaining all the charm of the original structure. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining area and large fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The third bedroom, located upstairs (outdoor steps), has a bathroom en suite and terrace. In the patio of 70 sqm is placed a large table, a barbecue, fireplace and sitting area. The pool of 80 square meters, is adjacent to a dense forest of oaks and is surrounded by fruit trees, it is also equipped with deck chairs and umbrella.

Great place

I will keep this review rather simple. All previous reviews are correct great place, location, outside area, pool and the very nice owners. What I would like to add that hasn’t really been mentioned is the inside of the property. It is very nice, spacious and well kept. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house and pool

We have been coming to Italy for years and this is easily the best place we have stayed. Large, spotless and with every possible amenity it is an ideal family holiday base. It is 10 minutes from the sea, if you can drag yourself away from the huge pool and lovely surroundings, and 15minutes from the large town of Lanciano. Guglielmo and Luca were very welcoming. We will certainly be recommending this property to friends and family.

Excellent, a great extra home away

The owner and his family made us feel very welcome. The area has many wonderful and precious places to visit. The house its very private and quite with an amazing view. We will return again as we need to explore more of this area for his history, food, wine and beaches. We really felt that we had extra home away.

Excellent, a great extra home away

The owner Guglielmo and his family have been excellent host and helps us to feel at home. The house is quite and has all what you wish for a great holiday. We all will return soon to same house to explore more of this beautiful country side and amazing food and wine.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu viert im Spätsommer 2023 Gäste des alten Steinhauses und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles sauber und sehr geräumig und der perfekt saubere und große Pool wird zurecht immer wieder als außergewöhnlich erwähnt. Er war das Juwel und wir konnten ohne Probleme ganze Tage relaxen ohne uns zu bewegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Temperaturen lagen bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas über 30 Grad und wir kamen sehr gut mit den Ventilatoren oder sogar ohne zurecht. Die Umgebung ist schön zu erkunden und die herrliche Küste der Traboccis kann man auch auf einem Fahrradweg befahren, Räder überall leihbar. Ganz außergewöhnlich herzlich und gleichzeitig diskret war die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Guglielmo. Er und sein Sohn haben sich um alles gekümmert und uns mit guten Tips und Hinweisen versorgt. Einfach wunderbar herzliche Leute. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
