About the property

Large terrace, Superior 1 bedroom home from home, close to the beach

Our well located upper floor apartment is set on a small, peaceful, gated residential complex. We are less than 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande beach and the bars and restaurants on Avenida de las Playas.

The apartment itself opens up to a spacious and modern open plan living area with L shaped sofa. There is a television, sky TV package and internet, plus an air conditioning unit for your comfort.

The kitchen is very well equipped, having recently been renovated with modern appliances including a four ring hob, oven, full size fridge, washing machine, kettle, microwave and toaster.

There is a large private south facing balcony with a retractable awning and patio furniture. The perfect place to enjoy a cold beer or wine or dine al fresco. There are 2 sunloungers on the balcony for catching the Lanzarote rays at your leisure. You can now pack more holiday fun items as we also provide your beach towels.

We have no pool and no bar. This makes for a peaceful relaxing stay with minimal outside interruption or noise, yet we are only 2 minutes from the bars, restaurants and Playa Grande beach which comes with it's own enormous pool.

The master bedroom boasts a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes with lots of space. The bathroom has also been renovated with a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.

We have installed a safe in the apartment for your valuables, passports etc.

The apartment is our home when we are not in the UK, and so is equipped to a high standard.

There is 24hr emergency contact available through our emergency team in PDC.

Due to damage caused by some of our guest's who did not let us know they had broken our property, we are now in the unfortunate position of requiring a damage deposit as a safe guard for ourselves, (this will not be used for minor breakages or scuffs etc but one of our TV's has had to be removed from the bedroom due to severe damage) The deposit will automatically be refunded to your account by Owners Direct 7 days after departure once our apartment has been checked by our management company.

Out and about....

A choice of supermarkets are available within a 3 - 10 minute walk.

'Avenida de las Playas' is 3 minutes walk, providing a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

A pleasant 15 minute stroll brings you to the picturesque Harbour and Old Town, where you will find lovely restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Kristian's is one of our favourites.

About Den Steele

We live in the picturesque town of Glossop, Derbyshire when we are not in Lanzarote. I work in Marks and Spencer and Barry my partner is an IFA. We own and adore a very spoiled Bengal cat called Jace who we cannot wait to introduce to the lazy laid back life in the sun, we hope to enjoy when we retire.

This property caught us both the first time we viewed it, we did not hesitate having looked at lots of others this was "the one", its beautifully renovated to such a high standard, we were able to just walk in and unpack on completion. The terrace is very large and there is plenty of room to stretch out and catch the sun. Its a residential complex so lovely and quiet, you can relax in peace on the terrace, but only 5 minutes walk brings you to the hustle and bustle of the promenade bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk and you are in the Old Harbour area, or 15 minutes in a different direction to the Biosfera modern shopping area, we love it and are sure you will too

Fantastic stay in a great apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location on a very quite and peaceful cul de sac very close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with great Wi-Fi.

Our check in and check out was really stress free thanks to Den, who was so helpful and very informative. Den's apartment is really like a home from home and we would highly recommend a stay there.

Well equipped apartment close to amenities.

Spent a very relaxing week here over New Year and spent a lot of time on the sun drenched balcony. Well equipped apartment with a comfortable bed within walking distance of the old and new towns and well stocked supermarkets. The main Avenida is at the bottom of a steep hill. It doesn’t take long to work out how to avoid climbing it on the way home! Great bus service for exploring other parts of the island.

This was our first holiday in an apartment and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Fantastic November break.

Lovely apartment which was very well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. The apartment was situated in a nice quiet location yet close to all amenities. There was also very good Wi-Fi connection and TV package.

Contact with the owner (Den) was very good with accurate and helpful information.

Excellent...1st time to Lanzarote and we loved it...

The apartment is first class....very modern with all you could possibly need for a great holiday...The balcony has the sun all day and is a good size....We loved the location was close to all amenities..shops bars and the beach...We would not hesitate to come back to this apartment......Everyone was very helpful from the Owner to the Managerial Staff....

Wow better than the first time!!!!!!

We've returned again after our first fantastic stay and to be fair this was even better than the first and that is saying something!!! Everything ran smoothly from our contact with Denise and also Richard and Linda in resort. This place is a real gem. We had friends who were staying nearby in an apartment complex and when they say this place compared to theirs they were bowled over with jealousy. This place is a complete home from home so much so that I'm convinced our friends spent more time with us than they did in their own place!!! You don't need for anything at this apartment as it really does have everything. We were impressed the first time but the second time around you get to appreciate it even more. Our friends had one grainy ITV channel on TV if they were lucky. We had a full interrupted TV package. The well equipped kitchen makes eating in a breeze should you want to and we found ourselves often catering for four as our house guests used every excuse to visit. You really couldn't wish for more and in a fantastic location as well. Come out of the apartment and you really are 5 minutes walk away to all the shops bars and restaurants on the main front strip. You can eat and drink at a different place each night for 3 months no problem. The beach is clean levelled most days in the morning by a tractor and very clean plenty of sunbeds for all. Should you just wish to relax the apartment has a fantastic sun terrace with loungers catching the sun all day long. A fridge in the well equipped kitchen to keep all the drinks chilled and a nice touch is a full sized washing machine should you wish to launder your clothes before you travel home. The owners don't lock anything away and ask you to treat their home as your home whilst you are there. There's plenty in the stocked cupboards they just ask that you replace any that you use which is fair and sensible. A truly magnificent apartment very clean and well maintained. We'll definitely be back if we can beat our friends to booking it as without a doubt they have found a brand new place to stay and at the price they paid for their apartment further down the road they'll be foolish not to.
