This villa with 360 ° view, new and of standing, of 180 M2, is located on a plot of 4000 m2, with swimming pool and boules. The villa, with air conditioning, can accommodate 11 people and consists of a large living room, five bedrooms, including a large master suite with a children's corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine and plancha in the garden.
Shade sails have been installed on the terrace for the comfort of your meals.
A bread, pastries and newspaper breakfast service is available in the morning on request. This service is free. A cleaning service on request is also offered.
A large terrace with a garden, century-old olive trees, a private swimming pool (4x9) and a pétanque field for conviviality with friends will charm you!

Stunning property and location

Pleasure to stay here. A great open social space at the centre of the house that opens out to the outside with a stunning view down to the bay. Roseline helped in every way and even dropped off pastries and fresh bread every morning

Fantastic Cassis Contemporary House!

A fantastic property for large groups up to 12 or a couple of families. It was really well appointed, the kitchen was outstanding and had great equipment and cooking staples. A real treat was the bread and croissants that were delivered every day!! Rosaline was wonderful and very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions!

Stunning Views in a wonderful house

We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Cassis, the house is very well equipped and the house manager is friendly and always available ! Our little ones loved the fresh almonds on the garden, we had many pétanque competitions and fun in the pool! Great family house !

Simply Wonderful

Absolutely perfect for our group attending a wedding in Cassis. Marie & Roseline were so helpful before and during our stay. The fresh pastries and baguettes every morning were such a treat - we felt spoiled :)
