About the property

This property is a new build and has been built to a very high standard with underfloor heating as well as built in air conditioning giving you hot a cold air when you need it. The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property and has a front terrace as well as a roof terrace overlooking the communal pool which also has a separate jacuzzi. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea and 8 minutes to walk to a beautiful square full of bars and restaurants. The port is nearby so the views are stunning and you will never get tired of them. There is a supermarket within walking distance where you will find all of your necessities and larger supermarkets are situated very close by. You will find everything you need at this property including wi-fi and some English TV. The owners have furnished this property to a very high standard, the main double bedroom has an en-suite and then there is a further family bathroom. This property also has electronic security shutters for ease and safety. Parking is available outside the property.

€60 is payable on arrival for clean & laundry, this is for up to 4 people and an extra €5 thereafter.

Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.

A €10 surcharge applies for departures and arrivals outside of 8.00am - 8.00pm.

And a surcharge of €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.

Welcome packs can be arranged.

Fantastic new apartment in a great location. Only things lacking was some sun loungers for the solarium

NICE APARTMENT GOOD LOCATION

Apartment is modern,clean and has most things you need.Could do with some added extras like a toaster and microwave in the kitchen.TV not very good there is a little black box and you can subscribe 15euros to watch through wifi don't bother its useless.Two great balconies to sit outside one at the front which gets some shade and the other on the roof with a great view of the pool.Furniture is looking very tired on the roof and could do with a couple of sun loungers. Pool is lovely and never busy.Great location, four streets from the beach and square.Supermarket is also walking distance. Torre is a lovely place to stay very Spanish great beaches and restaurants.The market is also on the next street every Wednesday.

Excellent stay, in modern apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for the property manager. Especially enjoyed stylish pool area, would definitely stay again.
