About the property

Home from Home comfortable family apartment - Ideal for a great relaxing Hol

A traditional private complex, very close to beach, golf, Tapa's bars.

Fully licensed with the Spanish Tourist Board.

The property comprises - A spacious living room / lounge comprising a modern 2 and 3 seater sofas, dresser, ceiling fan and air conditioning unit . Also a flat screen 32'' LCD TV with Local channels, UK Netflix, YouTube and some English via internet box. PS4 / BluRay with games / Films for the kids, big & small. Wifi throughout apartment and Terrace.

Two double bedrooms (4 single beds that can be pushed together if required) both with fitted wardrobes Air Con (Hot & Cold) and ceiling fans. A safety deposit box too. Black out curtains & memory foam pillows.

The shower room and toilet is between the two bedrooms. A granite shelf with washing machine underneath.

The lounge leads to a conservatory style dining area with modern glass table and chairs plus single pull out sofa bed. Glass by-folding doors lead onto the large south facing terrace which purpose built BBQ and a Bistro style table for outside dining plus loungers and chairs for your comfort, sun blinds are available too if required.

We provide bedding and hand / shower towels - If staying 2 weeks these are changed mid holiday. Long term lets are self cleaning etc, washer is available - Cleaning is included at the end of your stay.

A private garage is available to park a small car (no extra charge please request keys when booking). Parking is available on the street infront of our complex & a large free car park across the cycle path to the rear of the complex.

Price shown for fortnightly stays are incorrect - We discount in your return quote, we don't charge twice the weekly rate.

Our minimum stay is generally a week - Off Peak we may allow 4-5 night stays - Please Enquire.

We use a property management company based in the resort should any hiccup's occur. (lost keys etc).

To keep our rental's as low as possible and avoid excessive air conditioning usage (Hot & Cold) - Electricity for the apartment is controlled via a coin meter. We credit the meter by a minimum of 10 euro's per week (for normal usage), then any extra is payable using 1 or 2 euro coins. Meter emptied weekly.

Apartment keys will be posted to you 4-5 weeks before you travel. If short notice booking we can offer free Meet / Greet service via our Property Management company based in the resort (available if any problems during your stay too).

About Mr & Mrs Metcalfe

We are a family from Leeds West Yorkshire who have always enjoyed holidaying in Roquetas. This is our 2nd apartment on Pueblo Andaluz, we out grew the smaller duplex we owned. Family and friends regularly visit our apartment and most of our guest return each year.

Pueblo Andaluz is a special complex to us, it is very traditional unlike newer complexes. The grounds / gardens are beauifully kept by our resident gardener Antonio. We are ideally situated close to lovely Tapas bars, small Spar supermarket and only 3-5 minute walk to the beach & golf.

If you're looking for a spacious, beautiful holiday apartment in a great, family friendly location and just five min walk from the beach, restaurants and bars, then Pueblo Andaluz in Roquetas is ideal! It has all of the appliances you need to make your stay comfortable, including a washing machine and is tastefully and attractively furnished! Not something that can always be said about holiday let apartments! Wifi throughout too - Location is excellent for all of the family with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, all within walking distance and with one of the best beaches in the region only a few mins walk away, what more could you ask for!!?

Great apartment in a great location

A minute from the pool and 5 minutes from the beach plus easy access to supermarkets, bars and restaurants - what more do you need for a great family holiday?

The apartment was well equipped, clean and homely.

The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the enquiry, booking and holiday process.

I'd recommend the apartment to others looking for a good value family holiday.

Can't Wait to return

We were lucky enough to stay at Pueblo Andaluz in July with friends and were absolutely delighted with our stay from start to finish. Booking was straightforward and the owners even arranged transfers for us with a friend who lives on the resort - so nice to have an English voice greet you at the airport after a 4am start! The apartment is wonderful, exactly as portrayed in the photographs and pleasantly located a few minutes' walk from the restaurants and bars, albeit not too far to hear any noise which was great. We found the apartment clean and tidy, with everything working and plenty of kitchen-related things including ample serving bowls and glasses - perfect for the daily dose of gin before heading out! Wifi throughout is great - The shower room was ideal and got plenty of use due to the extreme heat, it was stocked with plenty of loo roll and other bits including a hair dryer. The air conditioning was a godsend as temperatures in southern Spain his 39 degrees during our stay. Outside, the pool is lovely and rarely has any more than a handful of guests using it which was brilliant. We dined at several restaurants in the area, and were recommended to a few by the owners - every meal was superb, particularly the recommendations. Always a friendly face at Liily's bar or Oasis! Overall, we would highly recommend the apartment and resort and are already looking at booking another break there next year. Anyone looking to stay in this beautiful 'hidden gem' should seriously consider booking this apartment, particularly with such reasonable prices.
