About this property

Our house is ideal for a vacation or a weekend in Marseille.
It is located 200 meters from the Vallon des Auffes, a small, picturesque traditional port. Sheds, pointed, restaurants are part of the decor. You can swim there without problem from May to October, or all year round for the less chilly. We quickly forget that we are in town, it is a magical place.
The rest of the time, we go to the valley to test the harbor restaurants. There is something for all budgets, You can also go do your first dive, rent paddles or just land on the rocks to admire the sunset.
The city center is around 20 minutes away on foot. Easy walks

The house is reached by typical narrow stairways, without doubt one of the most charming and unspoiled places in the city. Walks to the Mucem, the Old Port and Panier districts, the Good Mother ...
You can choose between the calm of your garden and the bustling city center.

The house is bright, with a clear view. It has an area of approximately 110 m2.
It consists of a ground floor with:

Schönes, charaktervolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Teenager-Mädchen und deren Freundinnen in dem tollen Haus eine wunderbare Woche verlebt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, da die Familie die meiste Zeit selbst dort lebt. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Haus genau. Es ist wirklich sehr geräumig und verteilt sich über 3 Etagen. Der kleine, sonnige Innenhof ist einfach zauberhaft und mit dem kleinen Brunnen und den zwei Schildkröten wirklich etwas Besonderes, wir haben uns dort sehr gerne aufgehalten. Durch die 3 Etagen konnten wir uns mit den Kindern auch gut "aus dem Weg" gehen und so waren verschiedene Tagesrhythmen kein Problem. Das Haus selbst ist nur über etliche Treppen zu erreichen, und deswegen nicht geeignet für Personen mit Mobilitätsproblemen. Uns hat das allerdings sehr gut gefallen, denn es gab keinen Autolärm und hatte einen tollen Charme. Ganz nah (5-10 Minuten) gibt es eine Möglichkeit, im Meer zu baden und sich auf Felsen zu sonnen. Der ca. 20 Minuten entfernte Sandstrand war uns in Corona-Zeiten einfach zu voll, ist aber sonst sicher auch eine gute Option. Von dem Haus aus kann man Marseille gut entdecken, so dass eine angenehme Mischung zwischen Stadt und Meer möglich ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, sehr sympathisch und professionell. Insgesamt haben wir uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!!! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Un havre de paix en ville

Nous cherchions le calme à proximité de la ville, nous l'avons trouvé ici. A deux pas de la mer, idéal pour les enfants et à quelques arrêts de bus du centre ville nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison du vallon des Auffes. Merci.
