22 Thirlmere is an immaculately presented, detached lodge, located on a superbly maintained park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the beautiful Lake District and can sleep six people. This all ground floor lodge has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked terrace with a private hot tub, and furniture. With use of on-site facilities, 22 Thirlmere is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared on-site laundry facilities (coin operated), dishwasher, Modern flat screen TV with Freeview & integrated Blu-ray DVD. Some Sky channels are available. WiFi available on-site. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked terrace with hot tub, outside garden furniture. Shared use of facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Property entrance is accessed by 3 steps. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent.
