22 Thirlmere is an immaculately presented, detached lodge located on a superbly maintained park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the beautiful Lake District and can sleep six people. This all ground floor lodge has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked terrace with a private hot tub, furniture and a fire pit barbecue. With use of on-site facilities, 22 Thirlmere is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared on-site laundry facilities (coin operated), dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, DVD, surround sound system, WiFi available on-site. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked terrace with hot tub, BBQ and furniture. Shared use of facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Property entrance is accessed by 3 steps. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
