About the property

Spectacular ocean view, free WiFi, sunbathed breakfast

The fully fitted apartment enjoys all day sun at the large, furnished terrace (18 sqm) and is located at Residencia Monseñor in Playa Del Cura, Mogán, Gran Canaria, overlooking the resort and beach which is within walking distance (300 m).

Playa del Cura offers a beach cove and a quieter location from which to enjoy the amenities of Puerto Rico, which is just 4 km away. With it's relaxed atmosphere and lack of nightclubs, it is perfect for those seeking a quiet holiday. Residencia Monseñor is also a comfortable base from which to explore the whole island.

The 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for two people (2 single beds that can be moved together). Up to two more people can be accommodated at no extra charge (sofa bed in the living room).

On request, a baby bed and a high-chair can be provided at no extra charge (please make your request at the time of booking to ensure availability).

Enjoy sun-bathed breakfast and dining with breath taking views. The open kitchen comes with everything you may need including stove, microwave, coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, pots and pans.

Amenities include free WiFi, Flat-screen TV (Spanish, UK and German channels), Washer, Iron, Linen, Towels etc.

Please note this is a self-catering apartment – we do not provide room service, towel or linen change. The apartment is not suitable for handicapped people.

All facilities at Monseñor may be used during your stay including our four outdoor swimming pools (open all year - one heated with a water slide) and the children's pool.

You also find a restaurant, an original tapas bar, a pool bar, a bakery, a hairdresser, a mini supermarket, tennis court, a children playground, ping pong, table football, billiard and a small library on site.

Please note that opening hours vary and are outside my control.

Just down the hill (200 m) is our local shopping center with Restaurants, Bars, a Pharmacy, Shops and a fully stocked Spar Supermarket that delivers your goods directly to your apartment at no extra cost.

Man-made Amadores beach is 3 bus stops away (5 min by car). Amadores is sunny, calm and caters to people who want effortless days on the beach. There's plenty of loungers and parasols, dozens of bars and restaurants selling everything from curry to take away pizza.

The water is warm and calm and there's plenty of free parking right by the sand (arrive before 11 am for a good spot).

Nearby dining options include Vista Mar, serving excellent fresh fish with a sea view, Guantanamo - maybe the best restaurant in Gran Canaria (Spanish & International Cuisine) and Tauro Grill for Barbecue lovers.

I am living at Monseñor myself and will be more than happy to assist you in any way.

Early check-in / late check-out is possible depending on availability. This is a NON SMOKING property. You may smoke on the terrace. PETS are not permitted under any conditions.

Monseñor is a residential community – the vast majority of apartments is not available for holiday rental. We love peace and parties are not allowed in the apartments. Kindly respect your neighbors and avoid loud music, loud chatting on the terrace and moving furniture around (especially after 10pm).

Amazing views, perfect location, lovely apartment

Really, really happy with our decision to stay in this apartment - it was really easy to drive and walk to great beaches and busier tourist spots, but in a relaxed and quieter neighbourhood with natural beach. You could happily spend your time just in the apartment if you wanted to as the complex has restaurants, pools, a rooftop bar, and a warm spacious terrace. Joern was a fantastic host and gave us lots of useful tips. We'll definitely be back some day!

Nice apartment great views and fantastic balcony

This apartment has enough room for two. The sea views are impressive and great to wake up to. The balcony is spacious and very private. Tranquil resort.
