What makes this apartment unique

2 bedroom apartment, close to the beach, Casares

This spacious, 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the complex of Residential Esta, Casares Beach. The complex offers a large swimming pool and a childrens pool, all set in well-maintained communal gardens with sea views. The complex is close to the Dona Julia Golf Resort and is only 300m to the beach.

This lovely, south facing 1st floor apartment offers a large lounge/diner furnished with a large corner sofabed, dining table and chairs and TV. The lounge leads out onto the large covered terrace which offers views over the communal gardens, pool area and to the sea. The kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch appliances and the separate utility room houses the boiler and washing machine. A/C and heating is vented throughout the property, excluding bathrooms.

The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, built in wardrobes and benefits from having direct access to the terrace and a full en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower unit above. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and uses the guest shower room with walk in shower.

To reach the beach, crossing the main road is necessary. There is a footbridge approx. 700m along the road or it is just a few minutes drive away.

Apartamento muy limpio y en muy buen estado.

Muy buena información por parte del propietario y el seguimiento que hace de tu estancia.

Bien situado, acceso rápido a playas tanto de Málaga como de Cádiz.

Situado en una zona tranquila y con posibilidad de acceso a restaurantes sin necesidad de esperas y aglomeraciones.

Muy recomendable.
