Such a beautiful place to stay

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is fantastic, so light and airy and with everything you need in the kitchen. Opening your door and have sheep greet you at breakfast was amazing. The kids loved the house and being able to roam around the farm. Great place and definitely one to return to.

Beautiful property with amazing views

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying here. The sleeping space for the kids made it for them. We loved the whole layout and we were happy the kitchen was fully equipped. The shower was another plus. There was plenty to do nearby also. We love Geocaching and this was the perfect location with the amazing views. Slight issue with the WiFi but the owner was straight over with a solution. We will be back!

Great place in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyn-y-Fridd. We stayed in Archie's Hideout. It is a very nicely finished barn conversion with a lot of personality in a fantastic location with easy access to Snowdonia and Anglesey.

Characterful, quirky property in accessible but secluded location

  • 4 of 5

We spent a fabulous 4 night stay in Alfie's hideout. The cottage has bags of character, makes good use of the space and our boys loved their attic hideaway bedroom. It is in an ideal location to explore beautiful north Wales and the owners are welcoming and friendly.

Fabulous - cannot recommend highly enough

  • 5 of 5

This was a fantastic lucky find for us - the holiday cottages are comfortable and have been converted in an inventive and quirky way which perfectly combines sense of a farm-building with a comfortable and stylish home away from home. We took four adults and two children and coped perfectly. The kids loved their crog loft sleeping hideaway. The place was fully equipped, including towels, linens, and all the kitchen necessities including sugar, salt, and tea. There was even barbecue charcoal. The owners take great care to ensure that you are well looked after - even including a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival.

Location was fantastic as well - felt very rural when you looked out of the windows, but no more than ten minutes to the centre of Bangor and even closer to the main roads to Caernarfon, Anglesey, etc.

Definitely one not to miss!
