About this property

This beautiful studio / F2 of 45 m2 is located on the 1st floor of our fully renovated vineyard house in the center of the village.
A comfortable bed (160) and a sofa bed can accommodate 4 people.
The house is 10 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the sea.
The apartment is spacious and bright. The materials (oak parquet and Montpellier stone) and the kitchen and bathroom equipment have been thought out in detail for everyone's comfort. A balcony allows you to have a view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is the possibility of parking in the garage space of the house but there is also free parking in front of the house. We share an entrance and a beautiful stone staircase.
Access to the garden and the swimming pool is quite possible at certain times.
We can also prepare breakfast and meals if you do not wish to cook.
The house is in the center of the village. An organic producer sells his products across the street from us and a baker / pastry chef will treat you about 800 m away. Supermarkets are 1 km away for your food shopping.
Buses are available to go to the center of Montpellier but also to the nearby village to catch a tram if necessary.

Très bel appartement au calme

Appartement très beau et bien équipé dans une maison vigneronne située proche de Montpellier et de la mer, au calme. Accueil chaleureux; nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Vacances Super !

Logement parfait pour 2 à 4 personnes (déco, propreté, agencement, au frais) non loin de la plage, des gorges de l'Hérault. Beaucoup de visites et activités à faire aux alentours maxi 1 heure en voiture. Propriétaires charmants qui nous ont donnés de petits conseils.

super pour passer quelques jours dans la région

Accueil très sympathique, dans une très belle maison de village. Un petit appartement (cuisine, séjour, chambre) très bien décoré et aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires nous ont tout fourni pour le petit déjeuner n'ayant pas eu le temps de faire des courses. On serait bien resté plus longtemps, mais ce n'était pas possible. On reviendra avec plaisir. Petit message à Mr et Mme Saiman qui nous ont demandé ce qu'ils pouvaient faire pour améliorer l'appartement ; plus grand chose, juste un détail : pouvoir accrocher sa serviette à côté de la porte de douche
