gardens surrounding the house and for exclusive use. It can accommodate 6 / people. The furnished and very equipped house is 100 square meters with a large patio and garage. It is equipped with protective grates and double fence. Each room is air conditioned. In this property you can sunbathe from sunrise to sunset, for the wonderful position it enjoys, both in the garden and on the beautiful solarium terrace where you can enjoy the coolness in the evening. In the patio-veranda area you can enjoy your meals in peaceful serenity and enjoying the lemon-tree view and the restful gardens. It is located in a residence 200 meters from the sea with practicable and comfortable roads on foot or by bicycle. Nearby the cycle path that runs along the sea. The shops are very close on foot and in front of the house. The beach is free and equipped for a fee. We are very close to the Circeo park with Mount Circeo called "Golden Mountain" and home to the ancient Circe Maga. In the open sea the islands of Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone and Ventotene. More in Ventotene and Ischia. At the port you can embark every day for the various islands. Near Terracina with the various remains of antiquity. The pretty towns and the Blue Flag: Sabaudia, S. Felice Circeo, Sperlonga and Gaeta. The "Giardini di Ninfa" stand out, which can be visited in spring and summer. Still near the Fossanova Abbey of Gothic art. Villa pet friendly a 2 passi dal mare

La villa di Caterina è un paradiso per chi come me va in vacanza con i propri amici a 4 zampe! La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort, con aria condizionata e un enorme giardino dove i cani possono giocare e riposare al fresco. La casa è libera sui quattro lati, non confina con altre proprietà quindi si ha la certezza che gli animali non daranno fastidio ai vicini! A pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e vicino a bar, tabacchi e alimentari. Ma la cosa che rende questa casa speciale e’ la gentilezza di Caterina e sua figlia, 2 persone accoglienti e generose come poche volte mi è capitato di incontrare. Torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto! Serena

Horrible stay in this house she overcharged ask for cash very intrusive and constantly call !!! The house is very small and smell be careful ! Orribile esperienza la padrona molto invadente e state attenti lei chiede extra soldi liquidi state attenti la casa e’ piccola e puzza di vecchio umido

Settimana troppo corta

Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima, casa con giardino bellissimo, vicina al mare,pulitissimo. Con la macchina si raggiungono in breve tempo località bellissime,Sperlonga,Gaeta e molte altre. Un grazie alla signora Caterina e a suo marito. Da ritornare.
