This fully airconditioned apartment is set on the 4th floor of this prestigious new project aside Mellieha Bay waters. The large front terrace overlooks both the communal swimming pool and the open sea. Accommodation comprises of a good sized living area completely furnished in style with sofas, plasma 42' TV with multi channels, DVD player etc. Further on is the Italian Designer made FINO kitchen complete with full appliances. 2 double bedrooms each enjoying Plasma TV's, side balconies with seaviews and sun furniture, the main bedroom also has a luxury ensuite shower room complete. Another separate luxurious main bathroom comes complete with all necessities. Included also is a one car lock up garage at ground level. The communal swimming pool is just below the apartment's sun terrace, should one have children staying an easy look out can be had directly from the terrace.

The second bedroom also has a private balcony with sun furniture. A large wall to wall wardrobe a king size bed plus two bedside tables and mirror. A plasma TV is also installed in the second bedroom.

Notes:
Lift access to all floors inclusive of garage Ground Floor level. Garage has a remote accessed security gate and a remote accessed garage door included in the rental price. On the sun terrace a BBQ is available and also a large parasol and wooden bench. Sun Furniture is cushioned. Sun Terrace is floored in a ceramic parquet wooden effect and is a non-slip tiling floor. Air conditioning units are in both bedrooms separately and in the living area. 3 separate electric fans are also available. Local brochure guides are available also at the apartment.

Tired luxury

Overall we had a lovely week. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and there when needed e.g. flat tyre on the hire car. The apartment is finished to a high standard and there is plenty of room both in the apartment and on the terrace area. Not sure how old the property is but there are areas that need a bit and I mean small amount of attention to bring this fabulous apartment up to its former glory. The only other issue was the amount of times were attacked by the local mozzie's. To be expected but not helped by the villa next door having an unused swimming pool with a foot of stagnant water in it, very good mosquito farm. The view from the balcony and the internal seating area is brilliant, all in all a great place but you will need to have a car or good mobility as it is at the top of some very steep inclines.

Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque villages. It is the only village which has it's parish church commanding the highest peak overlooking the largest beach in Malta, Mellieha Bay. The village is full of friendly villagers, many cute little shops catering for any needs, mild entertainment, good cuisine restaurants, bars and summer nightclubs for the younger generation. The beach itself provides various water sport activities, diving and boating trips. Fresh fruit stalls and ice cream kiosks line the promenade of the beachline which is minutes walk from the apartment's complex. Horse and Pony rides are also to be had at the Childrens Fun Park in Popeye's Village, approximately, 10 minutes walk from the complex itself. In a nutshell Mellieha is the village to be at this Summer.

Other Activities: Children's fun park and trekking ranges and historical forts.
