Beautiful villa located on a farm 6 minutes walk from the center of Sóller in a very quiet area, where you can breathe peace and tranquility with unbeatable views of the Sóller Valley with its orange, lemon and other trees, wild fruits that will have the opportunity to Take and drink during your vacation.

The villa has been recently renovated and well equipped, all the furniture is in perfect condition because it is brand new. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, outdoor kitchen (bbq), terraces, garden, pool and jacuzzi. The perfect and comfortable equipment to spend an unbeatable holiday both as a couple and as a family.

Our property has all the necessary services for our customers to enjoy their stay as if they were at home, for us the comfort of our customers is something essential and for this we want to offer: Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV (international channels), cleaning services, nursery, massage, wellness, etc.

Our property has a large private parking where you can leave your vehicles, although the truth is not necessary to take a car since the property is located a few meters from the center. It has supermarkets 500 meters away, restaurants, bars, taxi stops, train, etc.

About Soller ..

We are lucky to be in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, and to enjoy what this privileged natural paradise is giving us. In Sóller we have a train and tramvia centenarians that make idyllic routes connecting with both Palma center, and the Port of Sóller. Soller also offers hiking trails through the magnificent mountains connecting with several points of the Sierra de Tramuntana (Deià, Valldemossa, Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra).

The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car (in the Port of Sóller) where you can bathe enjoying this emblematic site called Sierra de Tramuntana.

Lovely stay in a beautiful property

Really enjoyed our holiday - relaxing with wonderful views. Generous hosts with gifts of fruit and eggs and quick to respond. Cot, high chair and even a baby seat for the car loaned kindly. Never really worked out how the hot tub worked though- would have liked to use it more but couldn’t manage the settings. Thank you!

Fabulous

Absolutely stunning villa with great pool. Excellent views. Luxurious fittings and very well appointed. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Definitely recommend this. A short 5 minute stroll to town and the host was very helpful.

A tranquil villa close to town

We had a lovely week at this villa which is located close to the town up a fairly steep, narrow road. Taxi transfers can be a little tricky on a Saturday when roads are closed due to market. We were very grateful that we were able to drop our suitcases off at the property whilst it was being prepared for check-in. First impressions were very positive but a couple of things were missing that I would have expected - there were no wine glasses so we had to purchase these ourselves, and no oven gloves. With only 2 small tea towels, which we used a lot because the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly, this was a little irritating. Unfortunately, the property manager was unwell and didn't make it to the villa so there was very little communication with her and no check-in conversation or welcome pack. The pool area is stunning and the 6 sun beds are comfortable. The utility room, which is accessed outside the main part of the house, is very useful as it has an additional shower and toilet along with a washing machine. There is one bathroom inside the house with 2 sinks. The shopping trolley came in very handy - the Prop supermarket is a short 6 minute walk and the larger Eroski supermarket about 12 minutes away. With a few small additions to the inventory, servicing of the dishwasher and air conditioning, repair of the cracked sink in the bathroom and better communication with the manager, this villa holiday could be perfect as the setting is absolutely beautiful. 👍😀

Relaxing Break

We spent a relaxing week in this villa with two families sharing the space. It’s well-equipped and comfortable, with beautiful views over the mountains. A thoughtful gift of fruit and eggs was left for us and very much enjoyed. It’s a short walk into Soller and really nicely positioned so you can enjoy both mountain views and the close proximity to the town.

Tranquil stay

Peaceful location. The property would benefit from some updating. The poolside furniture was rather tired & the outdoor kitchen also requires some TLC. If the area at the front of the outdoor kitchen was cleared & terraced this would make for a lovely spot to sit, relax & enjoy a family dinner. The other outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and should be replaced to comfortably sit 6 people. The area is ideal if you want a peaceful holiday & also offers the amenities of Soller close by. On the whole nice area but a rather tired property.
