A beautiful 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment situated right in the heart of the famous Marina of Puerto Portals. Newly reformed and refurnished(2019), with stunning sea views overlooking the yachts and the entire port.The apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need, fiber optic internet and tv with over 300 chanels, It is a home, away from home. Situated in a secure gated community with beautiful gardens and a huge community swimming pool. You have direct access to the port and are 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Portals beach . Puerto Portals offers a rich variety of restaurants, bars and chic boutiques and not to forget a supermarket. Walking distance from the Portals village, where are even more restaurants, caffees and shops. 10 min. drive from Palma city itself.20 minutes drive from Palma airport.The apartment has aircondithion and sealing fans in each room. There are beds and pool towels provided for the pool.In case, if needed, there are all the facilities for a little baby such as a baby cot , baby chair and even sand kids toys. For the golf lovers, The Bendinat Golf course is only 5 min. drive away. For the tennis players, there is a huge tennis court , about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Right next to the tennis court is Marina Land, a loved destination for all the families,a beautiful water zoo park( must do).
The apartment has a a master bedroom with a big King bed and built in closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the option to put a third single bed if required. There are 2 bathrooms , both with shower.
The best part of the apartment is probably the balcony. It is the size of a regular room and could be called a second living room. The view is amasing. Having all the Puerto Portals in front of you, looking at all the yachts coming in or going out and yet siting on your sofa , listening to a quiet music, having a glass of wine.
There is a 4 people dining table on the balcony as well, so you can enjoy your dinner in one of the best spots in Portals.
If you want to explore the island and need a car, there is a Rent a car across the street. There is a huge free parking on the side of the building. The apartment does not have a private parking space.

Great location

The apartment building, pool an garden were very well maintained The apartment is in an excellent location for accessibility to the beach port village etc It simply needs much more care and attention- for example : Only 2 garden chairs only 2 wine glasses Scratched well worn crockery needs replacing Towels need replacing Bedding old and thin No dish washer tablets or cloths brushes to use to wash up with Glass table tops that are loose and a health an safety issue Needs a thorough clean and redecorating

Fabulous Portals

The apartment is small (especially the second bathroom where you have to sit sideways on toilet) and a bit dated but perfectly located. We booked it for proximity to bars, restaurants, beach and having its own pool. Unfortunately when we arrived we saw that there were no sunbeds by the pool. We mentioned this to Maria and she said she had ordered some beds which you have to carry down to pool and would drop them in during our stay but we never heard from her again until text on morning of check out. The property was clean(ish) on arrival but there were hairs and stains in my sink and dusty pockets, I think this is a high turnover property and there is not a lot of attention to detail. We were very disappointed about the pool but beach is lovely at Portals and less than 10 mins to walk. We received a text on our final day to ask our check out time. I told Maria 9.30am and did she want to meet us (as she was located in next door apartment) But she said no just leave keys in property and close door behind us. This we did. There were no instructions inside the property. Maria messaged us after we had left to say she couldn't access the property because we'd left keys in door, but with no info we had no idea this was an issue (I have doors at home that can take a key either side). It was a shame that no welcome pack or check out details are provided in the property but overall we loved the location and had great holiday.

Beautiful apartment and location

We were met by my Maria on arrival. She showed us around the apartment, made sure we were settled. Couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. 2 good sized bedrooms with air con and loads of hanging space and hangers. Large lounge with air con, tv and loads of seating. Functional kitchen with lots of appliances. Highlight was the balcony and location. Balcony overlooks the port with fabulous views out to sea. Gardens and swimming pool are immaculate. Maria very kindly provided sunbeds and beach towels. The location is super central. Out the bottom gate straight into the heart of Puerto Portals, or out the top gate to restaurants and bars that are a bit less expensive but still great. About a 10 minute walk up to Portals Nous village where there are more great restaurants and shops. Very handy for the bus to Palma, Magaluf and airport too. All in all a great apartment and resort.

Perfect family apartment

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location, plenty to do for the whole family with a lot of good restaurants and a great beach on the doorstep with plenty of beach bars and facilities. The apartment itself is very clean and well presented and is equipped with everything you need. Maria is a great host and made us feel welcome as soon as we met her and was available to assist with our needs. I hope to return next season for another great stay, thank you Maria making us feel so welcome.

Majorca Holiday

We have stayed in many apartments in this block and this was the best one we have stayed in to date. Very modern and had all the facilities we needed. Maria was close by to meet us and helped us with any issues straight away. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I love living in The Port. You are in the middle of everything you want to do on your vacation. Walk to the beach during the day, or to one of the many restaurants or bars at night time. There is a supermarket, hair dresser, beauty saloons, spa, coffee shops and plenty of boutiques. All of this in front of your door steps.It is simply great.You are minutes away from everything you could possibly need. . Renting a car is optional. Depends if you want to explore the island or you just want to relax and stay local.

The apartment is done similar to the standards of a 4**** + hotel. Everything is brand new and done with lots of love to create a perfect environment for your holiday. The location is perfect and gives you the opportunity to let go from the stress of planning and organizing your day.
