2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Frontline Views, favourable South Facing location

Welcome to our beautiful 2 double bed, 2 bathroom, end Townhouse, 3 Storey South facing frontline golf course views. Everything you require to make your break away the complete & relaxing break you deserve. All you need to bring are your personal things & beach towels to make your holiday complete.

You arrive at the property where you have your own covered parking area & front garden.

On coming through the Front door you are greeted by the peace of the setting.

The Lounge is pleasantly furnished including a Corner Sofa, TV (with full UK channels) free WiFi.

As you wander through the lounge out of the patio doors on to the ground floor covered terrace, where there is a gas BBQ with BBQ utensils for your use, Patio table & chairs to enjoy your outside meals & the first of the three outside areas looking out onto the 14th Tee, all set in beautifully maintained grounds with hedging. There is trellising & a gate to assist securing little ones from wandering.

Back into the property through the kitchen door the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay including dishwasher & washing machine. On the ground floor there is a pleasant sized bedroom with two single beds & 3 piece shower room & a ceiling fan.

Going up the stairs you are greeted with a good sized bedroom, pleasantly furnished with King Size bed, ceiling fan & en-suite 3 piece shower room. Patio doors lead from the bedroom onto the middle terrace with Patio furniture consisting of Sofa, 3 chairs coffee table & 4 fold up sun loungers.

From the Middle terrace go up some stairs to the Top Terrace with an outside Shower & 4 Sun Loungers.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking golf course.

Villa was clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It's in a good location backing on to the golf course and a couple of minutes walk to a good sized pool. The resort itself was very quiet, we'd been a few years before and some restaurants have closed since then, the hotel remains closed and there are quite a few more empty properties. This was fine for us as we had a car and were out and about most days and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy when we got back, mostly relaxing on the lovely terrace. The shop is well stocked and not too expensive. All in all a very relaxing holiday, would recommend and would go back.

Lovely villa with a fantastic golf course view

Friendly and helpful owners helped ensure that our 5 week stay here was perfect. The villa is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing break. Set in a quiet location with a short stroll to the large, quiet pool. Your own transport is a must as the resort is 10 minutes by car to the town / beach - good road network however.

Peaceful, well-appointed and equipped villa.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay at no.39! From my first enquiries, Monica and Colin were friendly and helpful in answering my questions and going the extra mile to make my stay a memorable one. The villa is beautifully appointed, in a quiet location and with all amenities in easy walking distance. Sitting on the spacious balcony on the first floor affords fantastic views over the 14th tee. If you move on up to the top floor, there are sun-loungers from which to enjoy golf-course, orange grove and mountain vistas. The ground-floor patio is shaded with a roof and provides a cooler environment in which to eat and enjoy cooking on the fab gas bbq. Furnishings are uncluttered and tasteful and every appliance and all equipment necessary to enjoy life is provided for. I heartily endorse this property and the hosts offering it for rental.
