Located on the ground floor, this apartment is 'User Friendly' to the elderly or infirm, whilst being excellent family accommodation. The Master Bedroom & Living area have direct access to a sizable Patio Area which in turn leads out to the gardens & pool. The accommodation is open plan, spacious and very homely. Entertainment includes: DVD & Internet streamed UKTV (with optional on- demand service). The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough to service a medium sized family. There is 'undercover' parking outside if using a vehicle (Managers do have the facility of proving a private vehicle for use). This apartment is particularly suited to guests of 'retirement' years looking for a relaxed and functional property in which to relax. About Steve Johnston

My name is Steve and together with my partner David, we have rented apartments in Regina Gardens since 2006. We have always wanted our very own 'place in the sun' so we chose Cyprus due to the continual sunshine throughout the year and the overall charm of the Country. It also helps that English is widely spoken across the island which lends to familiarity. We chose Paphos as it is the main tourist hub with something always going on. We have holidayed here since 2005 and when I was able to retire from the Police, we decided to move here permanently in 2011. We live 10 mins from Regina Gardens and maintain our own & other properties, ensuring a very high standard of cleanliness with attention to detail. We welcome all of our guests personally and provide support throughout the holiday.

Why Steve Johnston chose Paphos

Regina Gardens is a lovely complex with a mix of residential properties, holiday homes and rental accommodation. The location is great as it stands off the main road between Paphos & Coral Bay. The coastline here is superb with Blue Flag beaches in Coral & Corallia Bays. A 10 minute walk to the Tomb of the Kings will take you to bars, clubs, restaurants, banks and cafes with a large supermarket close by. There is a cafe/bar just 2 mins from the apartments, serving all-day food and provides Satellite Sports channels to view at leisure. There is an excellent bus service here in Paphos so getting around is no problem and the prices are very reasonable. A lovely coastal walk close by Regina Gardens to the harbour is beautiful, passing many beaches and cafe/bars along the route.

We have been slowing building an excellent reputation for providing high quality, spacious and fully equipped properties in which to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Each of our properties are carefully selected to meet the criteria for our guests after 'feedback' provided at the end of the holiday. With the many services that are provided for each holiday period. We are delighted that more of our guests book year after year and constantly gratified by the number of reviews & testimonials provided for each property. Andromeda Villa is the latest property to be added to the 'Apollo' portfolio and is available to rent from 1st October 2015.

We have tried our level best to give you top quality accommodation whilst not being too pricey. All our properties benefit from inclusive air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a reasonable 'paperback' book library for lazing the hours by the pool. Our price includes everything, so there are no additional extras for air-conditioning, save the optional transfers from the airport and the a freshly prepared hot meal waiting for you on arrival. For those of you that cannot be parted from your favourite Soap or news program, we have now installed 'Clearstream' Internet UK TV for your entertainment. Bright, clean, great location!

My husband, 15 year old daughter and I stayed for 10 nights in August 2016.

On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean, beds made up, plenty of clean towels for bathroom and pool. There was also a generous welcome pack so that we didn't have to worry about getting out to shop the minute we got up the following day. Things like washing up liquid, soap powder, toilet rolls etc were also provided and there were plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils available.

Steve was a great source of help and knowledge and extremely friendly and helpful during the introduction to the apartment. He went out of his way to bring us a small cool bag and ice block for our daughter to take a packed lunch in when she was completing her diving course as there wasn't one in the apartment.

The patio is large enough to sunbathe as well as eat on and the two electrically operated sun canopies are a real bonus in the heat of the August sun. The pool is conveniently close and great to look out over to see what is going on. There are plenty of additional sun beds around the pool if you'd rather do your sunbathing there.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge area works well and is essential in the evenings during the hot months however the ceiling fans work well keeping indoors cool during the day when the patio doors and windows are open.

Regina Gardens is a very well kept development, particularly RGII. It is very convenient for all the bars and restaurants on Tomb of the Kings Road and the on site pub is great for a quick bite or drink but isn't noisy at all.

We would certainly go back!

Access to keys, with full instructions & directions will be sent by e-mail 4 weeks before departure. A (refundable) security deposit of £200.00 required for each property. Payment to be made by direct UK Electronic transfer or IBAN. Credit/ Debit Cards also accepted via PayPal (please send e-mail address for Invoice to be sent for payment). Security Deposits will be returned in the same way. Airport Transfers & Car Rental payable on arrival in Euros.

Changeover Day:

Changeover days are flexible. Access is not expected to the property before 4pm (local time) and vacation is before 11pm, although later departures may be arranged when able. This is to enable the property to be thoroughly cleaned prior to each arrival.

Notes on prices:

Prices quoted are for a maximum of 4 persons. For larger parties, please add an additional £20.00 per week.

2015 - DISCOUNTS

A 10% discount is offered on all bookings throughout 2015 if property booked for 2 weeks or more. Further discounts as stated below......

A 15% discount is offered for Senior Citizens over 65 years for bookings over two weeks.

Winter Sun Bookings: A 20% discount is offered for bookings over 4 weeks during November - March with 30% offered for periods over 6 weeks with no weekly laundry change.

Maximum let is 12 weeks.
