Two-room apartment of 40sqm on the ground / first floor composed of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a small double bedroom with a bridge wardrobe. The structure preserves the original truss and both the ceilings and the floors are of fir or larch. Bathroom with washing machine, wall-hung sanitary fittings and a large 120x80 cm shower. The sunny and quiet location in a hamlet at about 1300m allows you to fully enjoy the tranquility and nature. The view from the windows of the house sweeps towards the woods and the Dolomite peaks. 3 km from the village of Falcade, a popular resort for summer and winter tourism

Great location - great facilities

Had a great two weeks here - really enjoyed our stay. Great apartment with great facilities. Nice local area with bars and a very good Pizzeria not too far away. Convenient for a large area with many major passes reachable for cycling and a range of mountains and Via-Ferrata within easy reach.

Supertolle Fewo in ausgebauter Scheune mit Bergblick

Die Ferienwohnung im umgebauten 1.Stock einer Scheune ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, sehr gut nach außen wärmeisoliert, auch bei heißem Wetter (06.2022) heizt sie sich kaum auf. Fregona ist ein ganz kleiner Ort, die Nachbarn und Dorfbewohner sind sehr freundlich. 3 kleinere Supermärkte in Falcade. Ein ganz großer Supermarkt heisst KANGURO ca. 15 min Auto in Cencenighe! Die Dörfer im Belluno sind zwar klein, aber haben viel mehr Geschäfte also in D. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich geprägt. Von der Haustür aus kann man Halbtageswanderungen an den Hängen des Tals machen. Größere Tagestouren haben wir von Passstationen aus gestartet. Dazu empfehlen wir die Karte TABACCO 015 (Marmolada - …). Unbedingt irgendeine Wanderkarte 1:25.000 kaufen! Deutsche Touristen trifft man im Belluno nur sehr wenige, überwiegend fast nur italienische Touristen, d.h. die Öffnungszeiten sind daran angepasst, Geschäfte oft 3 h Mittagspause, Lift-/Seilbahnsaison beginnt erst am WE Mitte Juni. Bozen ist 2 h, Cortina d’Ampezo 2:15h mit Auto. Marco ist ein äußerst freundlicher, zugewandter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der auch nicht aufdringlich ist. Es lohnt sich, ihn nach Tipps zu fragen, auch zwischendurch per WhatsApp, das sollte man unbedingt tun. Auch seine Restaurants und Riffugio-Empfehlungen sind exzellent, er kennt sich super aus. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Wohnung und der davor liegende Balkon haben eine hohe Aufenthaltsqualität, auch einen Rumschlumpftag kann man da sehr genießen und hat einen schönen Blick in der Berge! Kleine Cons, die den 5-Sternen aber keinen Abbruch tun: In der Küche gibt es alles, außer Topfdeckel. Wer mit großem Auto anreist (z.B. VW-Bus, SUV, langer Kombi oder ähnlich) hat Rangierprobleme, um in die eigene Garage zu kommen, wenn die Ferienwohnungen in der Nachbarschaft belegt sind. 2 min zu Fuß gibt es einen kleinen asphaltierten gebührenfreien Parkplatz in Fregona, vom Balkon aus, kann man diesen auch einsehen. Dort haben wir manchmal das Auto abgestellt, wenn es vor der Garage zu voll war. Das Sofa ist „ausziehbar“, aber nicht gut für 2 Personen geeignet, eher 1 Person. Also besser nur mit 3 Erw. anreisen. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes hervorragend. Das Bad mit WC ist ausreichend groß mit Fenster und hat eine große Dusche. Alles macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck! Achja: WLAN gut, auch für Streaming. Wir können die Wohnung, Marco als Gastgeber und auch den Belluno als Urlaubsregion sehr empfehlen!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefüllt

Mit viel Liebe für das Detail, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Balkonkästen mit Tannen und Beleuchtung, der Pelletofen, rustikale Windlichter mit Herz am Fenster und anderes mehr sorgten für eine herrliche Weihnachtsstimmung. Und die Menschen? Der Vermieter und die Mitbewohnerin im Haus ausgesprochen freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Überhaupt findet man in dieser Gegend viel Freundlichkeit und Rücksichtnahme. Ich habe für mich viel mit nach Hause genommen.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Abseits des Trubels in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit traumhafter Sicht, nicht nur zum Cima Pape und Monte Mulaz. Der überdachte Holzbalkon und die top eingerichtete Bleibe garantieren einen entspannten Urlaub.

So schön wie letztes Jahr

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier weil es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung ist nach wie vor in einem tadellosen Zustand, supersauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und das Highlight ist der Ofen, gerade wenn es draußen kalt ist wird es damit drinnen umso gemütlicher. Die Kommunikation mit Marco ist jederzeit sehr nett, unkompliziert und informativ. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum wenn man Ruhe sucht. Inmitten unzähliger schöner Wanderwege bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
