The train station is just 800 meters and in only 5 minutes by train you can reach the Ostia Antica archaeological park area, extraordinary testimony of the commercial ancient Roman port and you can arrive in the historical Rome center (Coliseum) in just 30 minutes. And then from the latter to all the other famous monuments of Rome: the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona to the Vatican.
The 55 square meters apartment, just renovated, is located on the fourth floor of a 20th century building with lift. There are one bedroom, a diner kitchen and a large bathroom: a perfect accommodation for a couple or a family with young children up to 4 people.
The bedroom has a double bed (160X200) and a sofa bed (140X200).
The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes and pots. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and includes a washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Heating is centralized.

One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10 per person per night in a child's cot. The maximum number of children's cots in the flat is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Ostia, well known as Lido di Ostia or Lido di Roma, is a fraction of Rome Capital and is one of the demographically and territorially largest part of Rome City municipality. Just 30 minutes from the historical Rome city center, Ostia offers great accommodations for people looking for an apartment near the sea, not far from Rome city center and at prices slightly lower than accommodations located in the historical city center. Only 5 minutes by train (about 4km) from the center of Ostia today, you can visit the ancient ruins of the Roman Ostia dating to the fourth century BC (which is even more extensive than Pompei) and its medieval town (belonging to the period from 9th to 15th century AD) called Gregoriopoli.

Via the Baleari is well connected. A few steps away, on Via delle Baleniere, there is the 04-bus stop in both directions (to Ostia–Lido Train Station or to Acilia). By 800 meters walking you can take the Roma-Lido train railway (at Lido Nord stop) and reach Rome city center (Coliseum) in just 30 minutes.
