Villa Preselle enjoys an enviable location, immersed among the most beautiful Tuscan hills and not far from the sea. The access road is in itself a wonderful taste of traveling in Tuscany, in fact leaving behind the paved road, you can walk the streets of typical Tuscan country, remained intact over time, only to see behind a curve flourished Villa Preselle ..
The peculiarity of the villa is represented by the context of nature and confidentiality in which it is located, perfect for anyone who is looking to relax. The silence, together with the sounds of the country, has always been the best company for our guests.
The property has a private swimming pool, also in the park of the villa of 500 square meters you can admire the vegetation of the area, cherry trees, olive trees and a majestic weeping willow. It 'a barbecue and a small wooden pergola poolside. It's complemented by a large canopy with outdoor dining table.
Villa Preselle is internally composed of a living area with kitchenette, sofa and TV, there is also a charming room with windows use the conservatory that overlooks the pool. The double rooms are two, well far from each other (not wall). There are two bathrooms with shower. Also the room facing the pool side has the privilege of the bathroom, this bathroom has a beautiful shower with stone.

the pool is nice, the accomodation ok, the host arrogant

First of all the positive thing: the pool is really nice and if we were more lucky with the weather conditions we would have used it more often. The furnishing of the house is quite old, but functional. It could be cleaner, especially if you find a lot of (dog?) hair on your duvet and undefined hair in the shower. What was really a downer for us was the behaviour of the host. We communicated clearly the check in and check out time and both times we had to wait for him over half an hour (and we needed to get in time to our next accomodation). The worst thing was that he suddenly (he didn´t text, phoned or mailed us before) was sneaking around our private areal around the house coming through another locked door "to clean the pool". As we booked the house and the pool especially to have our private sphere this behaviour is inacceptable.

Vacanza in pieno relax

La villa è esattamente come nelle foto; ci è stata consegnata pulita e in perfetto ordine. Siamo stati l’ultima settimana di agosto, in 3 con due cani di taglia grossa. Casa perfettamente recintata adatta agli animali. Piscina grande e villa isolata senza rumori di traffico intorno: solo natura e rumori della campagna. Grazie mille! Giada e i due grigi!

Un angolo di paradiso sulle colline toscane

Una vacanza piacevole all'insegna del relax e della privacy. La villetta ci è stata consegnata pulita e in ordine. Molto gradevole la piscina di acqua salata, curata nella manutenzione. La villetta è adattissima anche a chi possiede un amico a 4 zampe, vista la recinzione adeguata anche a cani di grossa taglia. Consiglio questo tipo di vacanza a chi è alla ricerca di un'oasi di pace e tranquillità.
