We are Jon and Dee and we live in United States for the last 18 years and we love the French Riviera. We bought the apartment in Cannes because we fell in love with the beauty of the place and all it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Ideally located in the exclusive area of the Palm Beach Pointe Croisette. The beach is seconds away from the front door while the center of Cannes is only a 15 minute stroll along the beautiful Croisette to the heart of the shopping district, restaurants and nightlife.
This first floor apartment (2nd level), is in a calm neighbourhood, in a security building with ample free street parking available. Marble floors throughout, finished in the modern French decor, with all the comforts of home.
Sun drenched marble terrace off main living area, ideal for lunch or sun bathing, plus private patio off bedroom. The bedroom can be configured with as one large bed or two single beds and has a large built-in closet. The living room has two divans for sleeping plus an additional closet and storage space.
The best of both worlds with a quiet village atmosphere at your doorstep while the life and excitement of downtown Cannes is only minutes away.
