ideally located 200m from the sandy beach, very quiet, zen terrace of 36 m2 surrounded by greenery (bougainvillea, bamboo, lemon, banana, roses ...) you will enjoy this terrace with southern scents (lounge chairs, barbecue) .

Très mauvaise expèrience

Très mauvaise expérience, j’arrête mon séjour au 4eme jour alors que j’ai payé pour 8. Raisons : 1) Je m’assois sur une chaise de la maison qui se casse aussitôt, je vais voire le proprio il me dit que ce n’est pas grave, mais après mon départ, utilise ce service Abritel pour me la faire payer. Je me suis fait mal ou pas ça lui importe peu. 2) Le 3 jour de mon séjour je me blesse avec une lamelle tombé de la penderie, le proprio n’a que faire de mes doléances. Faits- état des lieux de ce taudis- car n’est pas une maison : 1-) terrasse/ jardin encombré d’objets cassés que la proprio pense « artistiques » 2-) Dans le coin droit de la cuisine droit il-y-a des trous par lesquels des insectes et rongeurs vont et viennent à leur guise 3-) les escaliers sont dangereux et vous devez monter et descendre à 4 pattes et la main courante risque de se casser à tout instant. 4-) Dangereux !!! les escaliers, à monter à 4 « pattes » et la barrière de protection de la mezzanine est vissée au plafond n’importe comment 5-) Un vieux lit raffistolé et le matelas -souillé- et enveloppe dans du plastique. 6-) la penderie qui tombe en morceaux, la femme de ménage qui vous fait la morale… Conclusion : Le logement semble à première vue agréable mais on se rend compte très vite que c’est dangereux - à proscrire si vous avez des enfants- et construit par monsieur et madame, les proprios, dans les heures perdues qui croient vous louer un château alors qu’on nous loue un taudis. A fuir !

Super !!

Cadre très agréable et apaisant, le logement est absolument nickel et spacieux, et le quartier résidentiel est très calme. Très proche en voiture des villes de Hyères et Toulon où il y a de très belles plages et beaucoup d’endroits à visiter! Les propriétaires nous ont très bien reçus, sont très disponibles et serviables, merci à eux. Petit remerciement en plus à Sophie qui nous a donné les lieux d’intérêt du coin ce qui nous a été très utile !!

Séjour très agréable et apaisant

Un grand merci pour l'accueil, les conseils et le lieu au calme qui permet de se ressourcer et en même temps de profiter de tout ce qu'il y a à faire à proximité (en évitant de prendre la voiture !)
