The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be available in the private courtyard of the Villa and a beach cabin.

The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches of the Flamant brand, and a sofa bed (excellent quality of sleeping and easy opening).

The dining room is furnished with a beautiful round table of Flamant brand, 6 chairs, and has 2 windows with sea view.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker nespresso (capsules included).

The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It benefits from two windows with sea view.

A nice marble bathroom, separate wc, cupboards. Exceptional sea view.

Unlimited high speed WIFI, TV and player access vod. Heaters connected to allow you to adjust the temperature of the housing (smartphone application) before your arrival.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very well and tastefully decorated. And the view out of the windows to the beach is just overwhelming.

Magnifique vue mer

Appartement très agréable, situé sur la plage, à deux pas des commerces, avec deux pièces à vivre dont les fenêtres donnent sur la mer. Nous sommes venus en famille début janvier, notre fille a apprécié les jeux et les livres pour enfant laissés à disposition. Nous avons profité de la cheminée (les jours sans vent!), de la chambre douillette et des repas dans le salon avec cette magnifique vue dont on se lasse pas. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible et nous a gentiment laissé profité de son logement une après midi supplémentaire. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Très décevant

Nous étions enchantés à l'arrivée mais deçus après la remise des clefs Par Corinne(femme charmante )Le lit n'était pas fait et on a trouvé un drap en boule,même pas repassé,avec des taches.Le lit est coincé dans la tour et dormir à deux sur deux matelas empillés et en 140 reste un exploit!!Nos deux serviettes étaient aussi tachées ,après vérification.Pas de papier toilette ni poubelle ni torchon et même le four était hors service!!!!Aucun placard ou porte-manteau!! Certaines remarques des précédents locataires n'ont pas eté entendues ,hélas! Vu le prix de la location,il est inadmissible de voir le linge de la maison dans cet état-là. Néanmoins,l'emplacement de l'appartement était tip-top.

Très agréable

L'appartement dans un villa ancienne est bien décoré, la vue est imprenable. La petite cuisine est bien équipée (sans microonde). La salle de bain est bien restaurée. Les deux séjours sont spacieux. La chambre à coucher est petite mais très charmante. Parking dans le cour privé. Pas de place pour le contenu des valises. Pas de balcon, ni terrasse privée. Les escaliers sont encore en restauration. On entends les bruits d'appartement au dessus. Au total très jolie et agréable, idealment pour deux (en dehors de la saison principal).

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans ce magnifique appartement.

Bel appartement, bien situé,vue magnifique. Accès direct à la plage c'est super pour les enfants. Le parking privé est très appréciable. M Mamer nous a remis les clés à Paris ce qui nous a permis de s'organiser. Un petit bémol cependant, une chambre très petite et son accès rendu difficile car la porte ne peut s'ouvrir complètement. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.
