Idyllic stay in the Lot valley

This was the perfect property for our party of 10 - plenty of space for children to play and adults to unwind. The surrounding area provided ample opportunity for activities - chateaux and markets to visit, canoeing, horse riding, and of course wine tasting! Very friendly host and great communication throughout - thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic week in this large, well equipped house. The garden ( and swimmingpool) are beautiful! The host is nice and easy to contact.

Une semaine au top entre amis avec enfants en bas âges

Nous étions 3 couples avec 7 enfants de 9 mois à 7 ans et 1 chien. Pour nous la maison est très bien équipée et confortable. Situé dans un endroit on ne peut plus au calme avec une vue sur les étoiles assez rare de nos jours. Nous avons passé de longs moment dans le jardin, sur la terrasse, au bord de la piscine... bref c’etait Top ! Sans parler des activités sympa à faire avec les enfants dans les alentours (peinture sur poterie, pêche à la truite, ballades dans les vignes, bateau, visite de château, ...) Pour finir merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et les échanges avant le séjour.

Peace leads to energy

it is a nice secluded piece of land in a peaceful environment with a view on the vineyards. So don't go there if you are a frantic clubber!!! But if you want to enjoy a peaceful moment by the swimming pool (good size by the way!(about 12 yards) and then share a booze under the shadow of the tree while you prepare the barbecue, you'll love it. after some fun in the barn, you'll enjoy the visit of the surrounding vineyards (chateau Chambert is just in front at walking distance ) and the walks by the Lot river. the landlady is really helpful and nice. she had all sort of leaflets ready and a bottle (of Cahors of course!) was waiting for us upon arrival. we enjoyed the castles and especially a theatre event in Bonnaguil that we would have missed without the lady advices. Last but not least, this family style house is like welcoming you! On the minus side, the beds in the lower bedrooms could be improved, the other "Rustic" bedroom with direct access to the garden is cool and the boys really enjoyed it !

merci pour cette semaine

merci pour cette délicieuse semaine. Nous étions 2 couples avec 5 enfants et ados et nous avons passés une semaine merveilleuse. Les enfants se sont occupés à plein temps entre la piscine, le ping-pong, les jeux de sté et la wii. Nous étions bien dans cette maison confortable.... et une mention spéciale pour l'équipement de la cuisine où tout y est. La propriétaire a eu la délicatesse de nous laisser un fond d'épicerie pour notre arrivée de manière à ce que nous ayons de quoi diner en arrivant.
