These 3 lovely apartments with FREE WIFI are located in a quiet spot, close to the village centre, A vehicle is recommended as though you can take a 20 to 30 minute walk to beaches, bars and tavernas it is only a 2 minutes journey by car/motorbike etc and local public transport is not too reliable. The ground floor apartments overlook the pool and 1 first floor apartment enjoys a mountainous view. Can sleep up to 4. The apartments are tastefully decorated luxury high quality furnishings with either leather/suede lounge furniture and double sofa bed. Air conditioned throughout and additional ceiling fans for your comfort. The apartments comprise of one bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and full cooking facilities and a stereo system is also included. The quiet communal swimming pool has large terraces. Day or night the ground floor terrace or the first floor balcony has a Mediterranean feel so you can dine al-fresco on warm summer evenings. No expense has been spared on equipping this holiday home making it the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Car hire is advisable with the village being a 20 minute walk and the beaches a 25+ minute walk, but by car only 2/3 mins.

Cyprus For A Perfect Holiday:-: Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, it is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. Tranquil, timeless villages are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns. Luxurious beach side hotels can be exchanged for large areas of natural unspoilt countryside. Yet in Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads and highways - with a secondary route or two for the more adventurous. The summers are long and hot, fruit trees buckle under the weight of their bounty as do the vines, the grapes of which go into producing some fine local wines. The Island has long been of great strategic importance and boasts the legacy of many of its occupying empires, fortifications built by the Crusaders still stand. A holiday here is idyllic, there is lots to see and plenty to do, the welcome is warm and the weather likewise.

Local Shopping:-: Part and parcel of any holiday is the question of what to take home. Leather is very good value. The shoe shops stock up-to-date styles at very reasonable prices. Handbags, suitcases and jackets are a good bargain. Shoes and jackets, as well as men's suits and shirts, can be made-to-measure within a week or so. Handicrafts abound on every shopping street. A good spot to view them is the Cyprus Handicraft Centre in Lefkosia, with retail shops in every town. Small items of the distinctive, traditional pottery make good gifts, and so does Cyprus copper ware and filigree silver. Always popular is the beautiful 'Lefkaritika' or ' Lefkara Lace'. Folkweave, needle and crochet work, woodwork and basketwork are a few more of the things visitors like to take home with them, not to mention Cyprus brandy which can be bought by the demijohn, Commandaria and even Halloumi - the Cyprus cheese.

Golfing:-: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.

We have just returned from this lovely apartment and we are wishing we were there longer. It is a beautiful place to stay and everything you need is there. We had a couple of nights in and it was perfect plenty of DVDs to choose from and a cool and comfortable place to stay. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves and you are only ten minutes by car away from the private beaches or coral bay. We will definitely go again we loved every minute of it. It was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in but you will need a car

Clean, comfortable apartment!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this apartment in Peyia. The apartment is an ample size for 2 people and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. A good location as a base to explore the Paphos region with a few restaurants within walking distance and Coral Bay just a short drive. On arrival the apartment was very clean and well presented for its guests. The pool was well maintained and the area was lovely and quiet, just the way we like it. Julie and Martyn were very helpful and accommodating before and throughout the stay.

Great place to spend your holiday!

We had an amazing time in this apartment, we had everything we needed from a TV to music CD's, DVD's, books and beach towels. The car park is just beneath the apartment so the car stays in shade all the time. The balcony is great from breakfast to dinner, and we also used the pool which is clean and great even for a beginner swimmer. Julie has been more the helpful and generous and booked us in the last minute (as we are a very spontaneous couple) and made our holiday happen. I would recommend this property for everyone who wants a quiet place to stay and be well rested and ready for everyday adventures.

Owner's Response: Daniel's booking was a 24 hour notice booking, and we were able not only to ensure our apartment was ready for them but also arranged his car hire, the locally based company were on the ball and met Daniel and his wife at the arrivals hall to ensure everything with his last minute holiday started well. Jade (First Floor) Another lovely visit

We've stayed in this apartment before and didn't hesitate in re-booking for this year.

The Jade Apartment is a well presented, clean and modern apartment, its has everything you'll need for you're stay. Now with WIFI! We love the quiet location, just of the main road through Peyia and its close proximity to Coral Bay.

The apartment complex is well maintained with its own pool, which we usually had to ourselves. Parking isn't an issue.

Julie (the owner) is lovely, booking is straightforward, we were provided with directions from Paphos Airport and she can answer any questions you have about the local area. She even arranged for groceries to be there on arrival.

Overall a lovely apartment situated in the beautiful village of Peyia, which makes an excellent base for local beaches, Paphos or exploring the rest of the island.

Jade (First Floor) - A lovely, relaxing time

From the moment of our initial enquiry to when we got home, Julie couldn't have been more helpful. Her advice and knowledge of the island meant that the whole process was very smooth, we knew exactly what to expect and (more importantly) where all the best places in the area were!

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and fully equipped to a high standard. We managed to find CDs to listen to that we both agreed on (not always an easy task!). We had the beautifully clean pool to ourselves for the whole week and hardly saw another soul around the complex, which was perfect for the days where we just wanted to relax.

We were late arriving, so Julie offered to arrange for Yvonne to get us a food parcel of essentials, which was a Godsend for the first morning.

We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning which was great.

With so much to do on the island, I'd highly recommend hiring a car for the duration of any stay here

Within a private Complex close to the pretty semi rural village of Peyia which offers relaxing and traditional hospitality with a feel for village life. Quietly siutated between Peyia and Coral Bay & Corralia Sandy beaches (2 min drive) With a huge variety of bars, restaurants & 15min drive from Paphos & its Harbour. Coral /Corralia Beaches 'BEST IN THE WEST' Peyia is the ideal location for a perfect relaxing holiday, with a variety Tavernas, Bars & Restaurants serving Cypriot & International cuisine, often accompanied by live music and dancing. with shops, Banks and supermarkets at the centre of the village. There are many places of interest in the region including Agios Georgios, Aphrodite Falls & Lara Beach. Car hire is highly recommended to properly explore the region and as Peyia village is a 30 min (2 minutes by car) walk away with all the amenities you would need on your vacation. However hiring a car is easy and relatively inexpensive, We can arrange a rental car to be available for pick up and drop off at the airport terminal.
