A magnificent panoramic sea view for this charming Provencal villa of 100m2 built in 2012 on a terraced plot, decorated with a beautiful terrace of 50 m2 overlooking the swimming pool, with a dining area and a summer kitchen, a barbecue at gas and a pizza oven.
The house, located in a residential area, is 800m from Gattières, a small medieval village in the middle country of Nice, perched on the right bank of the Var, with all the amenities (post office, pharmacy, bakery, press, small supermarket, grocer butcher, restaurants, kindergarten).
You will find peace and proximity to the main tourist spots on the Côte d'Azur:
The center of Nice at 20 km, Monaco at 40 km, Cannes at 40 km, Saint-Paul de Vence at 15 km.
Halfway between sea and mountain, you can practice many outdoor activities: Climbing, via ferrata, canyons, hiking, mountain biking, sea kayaking, windsurfing ...

Komfortables Haus mit grandiosem Blick

Wir haben Mitte August gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern (8 und 11) eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich begrüßt und in alles eingewiesen. Super Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, schöne Plätze auf Terrasse, Balkon und beim Pool, auch genügend Schattenplätze. Toller Pool in ausreichender Grõße, um sich zu erfrischen. Auch die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Die Außenküche haben wir auch des Öfteren genutzt, um Essengerüche und die Hitze draußen zu lassen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht außerdem an die hilfsbereiten Nachbarn! Insgesamt eine tolle Woche! In Wirklichkeit ist das Haus eigentlich nicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Stéphanie und Marc!

Het huis was fantastisch! Geweldig uitzicht en fijn en gezellig huis. De kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld in het zwembad. We hadden niet beter kunnen wensen. We komen graag terug!

Fantastiques vacances dans une belle maison avec vue incroyable

Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires. Une très jolie maison à la déco contemporaine et disposant de tous les équipements de confort. Une vue vraiment incroyable et très dépaysante sur la vallée et la mer au loin. Le calme de la campagne à quelques minutes de voiture de Nice et permettant de visiter les villes voisines de la côte (Monaco, Cannes) ou les villages de l'arrière pays. Et la piscine est idéale pour se rafraichir au retour avant l'apéro sur la terrasse ... Nous avons vraiment passé une superbe semaine et nous retournerions avec grand plaisir en vacances dans cette maison ! Les dijonnais
