The apartment is located in the center of the village of Costa Corallina which is located about 8 km south of Olbia, in a splendid panoramic position.
The enchanting natural scenery of the Costa Corallina, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub in front of the serene Sardinian sea ... in an oasis of tranquility and well-being, sheltered from traffic and noise, are the backdrop for the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
The village is spread over an area of 40 hectares and has fine sandy beaches and a beautiful marina with restaurant. We do not supply LINEN AND TOWELS (they can be booked for a fee on request).
The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
You can practice all water sports, we are also a few km from beautiful golf courses.
Costa Corallina is one of the most popular seaside resorts in northern Sardinia. Sea, beaches, sports, excellent cuisine and a truly enviable climate are the ideal ingredients for a holiday of relaxation and fun.

vacanza Costa Corallina

io e la mia famiglia che è composta da 5 persone, abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza in questo appartamento dal 16 07 18 al 27 07 18. Devo proprio dire che sono stati giorni veramente rilassanti. L'appartamento gode di una privacy impagabile, con una doccia esterna che si è rivelata molto comoda. C'è tutto cio che occorre per trascorrere delle vacanze nel pieno relax anche per quel che riguarda il menage famigliare di pranzi e cene, con microonde , lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In fine, ma non meno importante la vicinanza alla splendida spiaggia Corallina, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Spero di poter ripetere l'esperienza l'anno prossimo nel medesimo posto, in quanto posso dire in tutta sincerità di aver trascorso le vacanze migliori in Sardegna , nonostante ci andiamo da 13 anni!!. Grazie mille anche della disponibilità del proprietario di casa.

Casa con mucho encanto cerca de preciosas playas

Nuestra estancia en Costa Corallina ha sido perfecta! La casa está muy cuidada y limpia. Dispone de todo lo necesario (lavavajillas, lavadora menaje de cocina, secador...) para pasar unos maravillosos días recorriendo las fantásticas playas del este de Cerdeña. La ducha en el exterior es una gozada después de un día de playa!! En los pueblos cercanos (San Paolo o Murta Maria), se puede degustar muy buena gastronomia sarda y el tipico gelato italiano!! Bruno ha sido muy atento con nosotros tanto en el proceso de reserva como a nuestra llegada a la isla. Esperamos poder volver otro año!! Muchas gracias por todo! Ana, Oriol, Arnau y Laia

Eine schönen Wohnung in guter Lage. Tolle Bucht mit nettem Lokal.

Unser Aufenthalt wurde leider etwas getrübt durch einige Mängel an der Wohnung und bei der Einweisung. Die Betreuung war leider nur in Italienisch. Der Vermieter war nur über Telefon zu erreichen, obwohl es anders beschrieben war. Nachdem die Betreuerin abgereist war, ließ sich das Dachfenster nicht mehr schließen. Die kam am nächsten Tag und brauchte einige Zeit, die uns dann als Urlaubszeit wieder fehlte. Der Boiler im Bad machte ständig laute Pfeifgeräusche, die uns 2 Nächte fast schlaflos ließen, bis der Klempner kam. Dieser erklärte uns, dass es nicht zu ändern sei. Wir müssten in der Nacht den Wasserzulauf abdrehen... Der Fernseher war defekt. Es gab nur S/W und ruckelnde Bilder. Der Kommentar des Vermieters: Sie kommen ja nicht zum Fernsehgucken nach Sardinen... Für den hohen Preis der Wohnung zu viel Problemchen. Es gab nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit zur Entschuldigung. ( Wein oder ähnliches...) Auch eine Anfrage zur Preisreduzierung wurde abgelehnt. Also, Vorsicht vor Ort und alles kontrollieren. Vielleicht auch erst nach der Kontrolle bezahlen!!

Luogo ideale per rigenerarsi

Se siete alla ricerca di un posto dove rilassarvi a meno di 1 km dalla spiaggia questo appartamento fa proprio per voi...è ideale x una coppia con bimbo piccolo...il giardino è recintato...sicuro..appartamento nuovo e soprattutto pulito....l'unica cosa negativa è stato non poter usufruire del wifi (che era incluso nei costi), la ricezione canali tv molto difficoltosa (avendo una bimba piccola il canale dei cartoni era fondamentale),assenza di zanzariere (mosche e zanzare a go go)...nonostante queste piccole mancanze sicuramente ci tormeremo...ne vale la pena...lo consigliamo...
