This wonderful villa boasts a unique private beach in the sought after Little Key Bay; true peaceful heaven rated National Natural Reserve.
It is perfect for families or groups of friends. It was designed to fully enjoy the extraordinary site view: large decks have been laid out in front of the house with a lounge area and a large modern table doing the continuity from the indoor living room, around the pool for sunbathing and leading to its private beach where, according to your mood, you can go kayaking (provided) to discover the Pelican Island and the Pinel Islet with its small homemade rums.
The villa boasts a fully fitted open plan kitchen (Nespresso and ice maker), an open plan dining room overlooking the living room with multimedia and surround sound and four bedrooms with a bathroom and a walk-in closet in each one.
Decoration is very looked after.

Villa Pom

We had a wonderful week at Villa Pom! My family was there for a full week. The house was very clean and very organized! The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen utensil you could ever need! There was enough glassware & plates to seat 25. The pool was great for the kids and just the right size to dip in if you get too hot. There were 2 kayaks you could either take to the reef (about a 5-10 minute paddle) or you can go to Pinel Island where the sand is beautiful, have lunch and snorkel a bit and see some fish (about a 15 minute paddle). There are sea turtles in the harbor as well. This is the quiet side just around the bend from Orient Beach. There was not a lot of 'beach' at the house, but you are 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beach on the island (Orient Beach). Maly, the manager, was extremely accommodating and gave us plenty of recommendations for food (all good) and activities! Hi highly recommend going sailing on Solana! She made reservations for us anytime we asked. The house is in a gated community which added an extra sense of security. My favorite spot at the house was the amazing porch! We were out of the direct sun under a wonderful breeze. A perfect place to relax! All of the beds were comfortable and every room was provided a bag with some beach blankets. The house does have a washer & dryer, however, they just aren't as efficient as us americans are used to, so don't plan on doing a lot of laundry, but it is there if you need it. I would tell anyone to come stay here! Staying on the French side was calm, peaceful & much better food! If you want partying nightlife, stay on the dutch side. If you want quiet & relaxation, stay on the French side. I would love to go back with a few of our friends and their kids. Peaceful paradise!

Paradise

We took our family to Villa Pom for a week of FUN and Bliss. This place is fabulous .!! The views are beautiful . The house was perfectly appointed . Modern , California in style. The kitchen was a cooks dream . Location was safe and very quiet. Close to Orient Beach for fun and good restaurants .Also close to Grand Case for great dining . Kayaking in the bay and Pinel Island . Everything was wonderfully relaxing for our family . I would highly recommend this place for a quiet stay with plenty of access to everything . Loved the Manager .

Un séjour au Paradis

Villa POM , villa de rêve, pieds dans l'eau, totalement équipée. 4 chambres complètement indépendantes avec chacune salle de bain , WC, et rangements. Cuisine équipée comme à la maison ...ou mieux Piscine , BBQ (gaz) Plage , ponton ....... mer. Un problème ? allo Maly et tout se résout rapidement avec sourie et gentillesse, elle vous oriente , vous renseigne, vous fait dépanner, gère le pro qui intervient . L'environnement : un vaste lagon protégé par les ilets Pinel et Little Key , propice à tous les types d'activité nautiques ... et culinaires . A ce sujet ne manquez pas l'ilet Pinel , son restau de poissons (et langoustes) mais pas que ... Excellente cuisine en bord de plage, service souriant, comme le sont les gens du pays. Quelques bons restaurants à proximité, à Cul de sac même ou à Grand Case Bref , des vacances relax ou sportives dans un véritable Paradis. J'allais oublier , il me reste un regret : celui de n'avoir pu photographier les colibris qui viennent chaque jour déguster les fleurs du jardin.

Super Séjour Le Paradis

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette super villa. L'accueil ainsi que les conseils de Maly toujours disponibles ont été d'une grande aide. Tout est réuni pour des vacances exceptionnelles, l'emplacement, l'accès direct à la plage le calme et l'aménagement de la maison....C'est une adresse à retenir je vous recommande vivement d'y aller vous garderez comme nous des souvenirs impérissables. L'Excellence

Nous avons loué la Villa POM en famille durant les vacances de La Toussaint : Quelle formidable surprise ! Un concentré de tranquillité et de confort sur fonds d'une décoration et d'un aménagement particulièrement réussi. Le calme des lieux et la qualité de cet écrin nous ont permis de vivre une semaine de vacances remarquable à proximité de l'ilet Pinel et Littel Key (2 petits ilets très sauvages) que nous avons pu parcourir avec les canoës vivant une aventure familiale d'exception. Je terminerai sur la qualité de l'emplacement avec ce que l'ile compte comme meilleurs plages à proximité immédiate de la Villa. Mention spéciale pour Maly, manager de la Villa, dont l'accueil et les précieux conseils ont parachevé le sentiment d'excellence du début jusqu'a la fin. Sans aucun doute, à ne pas rater pour réussir ses vacances sur l'Ile !
