The house is on a Meniou vast green setting, close to the ocean. Its location offers a good quality of life for a relaxing holiday. The house offers 150m2 habitable, a functional space where you can share moments of conviviality without jostling. With family and / or friends, for 8 to 9 people the capacity is appreciable:
- 1 space of 42m2 kitchen - dining area - living room opening onto 21m2 of covered terrace and oriented enjoy the surrounding nature without denying our comfort, and cook on the grill or barbecue....

* 3 independent bedrooms with double bed
* 1 child room of 13 m2 with 2 single beds open on a passage.

Sheets and tea towels are provided. Towels are not provided.
The maintenance of the house is done by you, a cleaning fee is optional.
The house is nice, well equipped and easy to maintain. The large terrace to the east opens onto a large garden without vis-à-vis.
You can bring your bikes, your surf or windsurfing, there is room for storage.
The house is in a hamlet of 2 houses not overlooked. We are all very attached to nature.
The house is 1.5 kms from the small village of Azur. By the ways, you can practice walking, jogging, and visit the charming district Nogaro with the preserved Landes architecture.
The night Meniou is protected from the light and all the starry sky pollution is yours.
Vacationers appreciate the tranquility of the place, while being very close to the ocean and activities dedicated to tourists.
A bike path in the forest leads the most athletic to the beach.
