Modern amenities blended with a touch of old Spanish charm! Clean, spacious, cool and comfortable 4-bedroom home, big enough for the whole family to stretch out (1,650 square feet, plus over 1,600 square feet of screened in outdoor living space as well).

Enjoy dinner out in the screened courtyard, or sit back with a cold drink by the pool or spa after a long day in the beautiful Florida sunshine! The screened in saltwater pool and spa area offer over 1,600 square feet to stretch out and is a nice reprieve from the flying Florida critters that like to harass in the evenings. And with a heated saltwater pool and spa, an evening swim or a relaxing spa session may be in order!

Literally steps away from Palma Sola Bay where you can see Manatee swimming in the marina or grab a rod and reel and sit by the water's edge and relax. Or maybe you'd like to take a cruise around Palma Sola Bay on one of our Beach Cruiser bikes?

If you love to cook, you'll be happy to know that the kitchen is fully stocked with hardly a utensil or need overlooked. Pull out the blender for a homemade Piña Colada or cook a nice meal - you'll have everything you need.

When the day is done and you're feeling content, slide into soft sheets, fluffy pillows, and a big comfortable king sized bed with your favorite book! Or catch-up on your favorite shows with complementary Directv or access your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon account from our smart TV (Master Bedroom).

Tuck the kids and their tired little eyes into one of our three guest rooms. Guest rooms one and two are equipped with two twin beds each (XL twin beds in guest room 2), and guest room three has one full sized bed and a smart TV for Netflix/Hulu/Amazon access.

Palma Sola Retreat is in a wonderful location. Steps from Palma Sola Bay, and a short seven minute drive across the bay to the beautiful white sand Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island.

On the Bay, be sure to check out the paddle boards and kayak rentals which are on location, rent jet skis or look into beach horse riding!

Nearby Robinson's Preserve is a great place for a hike or bike ride with the family, or maybe a morning run?

Great house, great location!

We had a fantastic stay and vacation in Bradenton, the accommodation is exactly as pictured, well equipped and in perfect working order, and is in a fantastic location, close to perfect beaches, water sports, and exploring everything that this great location had to offer. Absolutely flawless from start to finish and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous beach retreat

We loved this villa , we booked it for 6 of us but actually only had 4 in the end but it was spacious enough for more than 6 with a lovely open plan lounge and kitchen and Netflix readily available which was perfect with 22 year old twins! When we arrived Hurricane Dorian seemed to be heading our way and we were all pretty worried and considering leaving but the owners were very reassuring explaining we were best to stay put and in fact we were in one of the few places totally unaffected and ended up staying 2 days longer for half price! We loved seeing the manatees a 3 mins walk away and visiting Anna Maria island’s beautiful beaches ten mins away in car. The best part though was the beautiful pool and spa set in tropical surroundings which after 20 trips to Florida we have never loved a pool area so much ! We are hoping to come back in a couple of years with all of our kids and partners to enjoy this villa again ! The owners were so helpful so highly recommend it!!

Our family had a fantastic stay in Bradenton! James and Regan were really helpful especially when a slight mishap occurred and dealt with it professionally and quickly. The house had all amenities with kitchen extras which is always helpful plus the use of bikes and fishing rods which we took advantage of! Their house was superb and I would recommend to anyone! The finishing touches were great. We had such a fab time!

Beautiful and well equipped

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much James and Regan. The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The towels and all the extra toys and equipment to use made everything so much easier, we pretty much only needed our clothes and toothbrushes! The kitchen was well equipped (the only thing we found lacking was a grater!), and the outside area was stunning. We loved watching the birds, especially the owl that had made its home in the tree in the back garden, and looking out for the manatees just down the road. The pool was a lovely size - it wasn't especially warm, but nice and refreshing after being in the sun - and the jacuzzi (spa) was lovely to relax in. That got very warm! It was great to have the BBQ, we used that almost every evening, and the outside furniture was fabulous too. Inside the house was clean and beautiful. Our youngest daughter loved sleeping 'in the cupboard', and the beds were really comfortable. James and Regan were just a call away and more than happy to help with any problems we had. There is lots to do in the area. My only recommendation would be to provide some information on good restaurants/beaches/things to do. However, we managed well without that, and enjoyed Anna maria Island very much. All in all a wonderful stay. If it wasn't so far, we'd definitely be back!
