The apartment is situated in a typical two storied chalet with only 6 apartments, far from the traffic, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the center of the city. There are two beautiful balconies facing Tofane and Cristallo. In the huge garage there is space for all the cars of our guests. On the lawn in front of the house you can often see deer when the sun is setting or rising.
The access is comfortable via a road that is well conserved also in case of snow. In case of heavy snowfall cars without four wheel drive should have snow chains.
Directly from the apartment you can make nice trips to the close mountains. The funicular to Faloria is reachable with skies beyond the slope or 5 minutes with the car.

Ouer apartment is composed as follows:

attic (55 sqm) on the second floor, with two bedrooms (4 beds): one with kingsize bed and one with 2 single beds+ one bathroom with big shower, living room and two balconies.
From the balcony of the living room you can enjoy an indescribable view of Cortina, the Tofane and all the other mountains.

+ Basement (45 sq m) on level -1 (4 beds) airy and bright, with no view to the outside, with one bedroom with kingsize bed, one livingroom with a double sofa bed + one bathroom with jacuzzi.

The basement is connected to the attic by common elevator and stairs.

+ Utilities not included: between eur 100 and 200 depending on the season and number of people
+ Final cleaning not included: between eur 150 and 200 depending on whether you rent only the attic or all.
+ Security deposit from 200 to 500 eur.
Linen is optional 20 eur per person, include sheets, pillowcase and 3 towels.

At ten minute walk downhill from the town center (20 uphill!) if you follow the indications I give you for the shortcut.

Ca 'de' Nani is very romantic and quiet, the view is dreamy, from the two terraces with stunning sunrises and sunsets. With the good weather forecasting, definitely worth the small sacrifice to set an alarm very early to witness the unforgettable spectacle of dawn on the Tofane.

The house has 8 beds and is fully organized for 8 people, but it fits perfectly to only two people, too.

It has always been very beloved, the furniture is new and nice.
Completely in the woods with 8000 square meters of green properties, it is often visited by deer.
Attention: The green area around the house is for exclusive use of the ground floor apartments. The garden part of which you can freely enjoy is that beyond the sidewalk, without prejudice to the usual condominium rules for silence schedules.

Absolutely ideal with children in every season, in fact, without moving the car, you can go walking and, in winter, with normal snow situation, with skis on, you can get Faloria cable car station as the track connecting Cristallo-Faloria slopes to the city center passes 100 meters below the house; by the same way you can ski back home.

Very quiet, very safe, it was built in 2011 with all the newest systems.
Our cancellation policy:
1) up to 45 days before arrival, if it's possible to rent again, 100% of the deposit will be returned, otherwise, restrained;
2) less than 45 days before arrival: if it's possible to rent again, 75% of the lease will be returned, otherwise restrained
3) once you start your staying, if, for personal reasons or bad weather, you should decide to terminate the holiday in advance, nothing will be returned, neither the lease nor the various costs.
