This apartment is a real gem, very bright and luminous, absolutely quiet and with stunning views on Venice rooftops. It is placed in one of the most central, convenient and strategic locations in the city heart, just few steps far from Piazza San Marco.
You will be pampered and gladdened by the amazing views and the absolute quietness.

Sophisticated but sober, luxurious but essential at the same time this is the ideal place for those who wants to spend their stay in Venice in full comfort and complete relax.

It has two double bedrooms: a master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed and a second one with two large twin beds, a large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette.

Two bathrooms: an elegant tub bathroom and a shower bathroom.

Central heating, air conditioning, broadband internet connection via wifi will make your stay simply perfect.

The area is amazing as well, you will be truly few steps away from San Marco square but a bit away from the tourists crowd as this is a residential area.

A very well stocked supermarket has just been opened nearby, just a few meters.

It is located on a fourth floor but I will be glad to book a porter service on your behalf if requested.

Good location, lots of stairs

We generally enjoyed our time in the apartment. The location was fantastic and enabled us to get to all parts of Venice relatively easily and quickly. As a base for a few days of exploring the location is hard to beat. That said, there were a few things that counted against it: 1. Loads of stairs. It is high up and steep! Once you get down you aren't that keen on coming. Ack up any time soon and vice versa. 2. Mosquitos. It was unusually warm for this time of year and the mossies were BAD. This wouldn't have been an issue if the nets on the windows worked but they didn't. Rather frustratingly, when we told the managing agents about the broken nets, they said they were aware but hadn't actually told us. 3. Shower door was broken. We notified the managing agents and again the issue was not that they didn't know but that they hadn't told us on arrival. 4. Beds and pillows. The beds weren't that comfortable but were ok however the pillows were limp and pointless. that aside, I think we would stay there again.
