In the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez in Grimaud, villa 180 m² ideally located between Saint Tropez and Grimaud

This single-storey villa, facing south, not overlooked on a landscaped garden offers you a beautiful privacy

It is located in a very quiet residential area behind the forest while being 3 minutes from the beaches and Port grimaud

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is composed of a TV lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms + 2 toilets as well as air conditioning in each room.

The secure and fully fenced villa opens onto a large terrace and a large secure swimming pool with 2 alarms for young children.

It is well adapted to babies and young children ( Baby equipment possible on request : Baby cot, high chairs, children's toys and board games).

An outdoor barbecue is also available.

At your disposal: washing dryer, wifi internet, bed linen, towels and pool towels

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and swimming pool linen provided. Beds made on arrival.

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Familien Ferien. Pool und Garten waren super und Standort sehr nahe zum Meer (3 Minuten mit Auto) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten tip-top.

It is located in a quiet residential area at 2 steps from the beach and Port Grimaud. The villa can accommodate 8 people consists of a living room, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets each + 1 common toilet. The air-conditioned villa (An air-conditioning unit per room ), secure and fully fenced opens onto a large covered terrace and a large swimming pool with teak. A jacuzzi is available from June 2014. Petanque animate your evenings. It is well suited for babies and toddlers (possible Baby equipment on request: Cot bar, high chair, playpen, trampoline, toys, children and society).
