In the middle of the vineyards, the farmhouse of St Chétin composed of a main house and its sheepfold renovated with care, welcomes you for the holidays as well as for any type of tailor-made services: business seminars, management committees, team building, conventions, incentives or training days.

In the heart of the vineyards and truffle trees, listening to the source and the silence, you will rest in the courtyard of the farmhouse or in the recesses of the garden.
An equipped seminar room accommodates up to 14 people and several lounges are available.
The entire farmhouse is made up of 9 bedrooms, a dormitory with 10 single beds and 7 bathrooms.

The farmhouse can be rented with the sheepfold and at certain times the sheepfold can be rented alone. It has 3 bedrooms, a dormitory, 3 bathrooms and a living room with open kitchen.
The rates vary according to the rental, in part or in whole, of the two accommodation units of the property and according to the periods.
The price displayed corresponds to the rental of the house and sheepfold, ie 15 plus 12 people.

Parfait!

Thank you Maylis for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful home. It was the perfect venue for our large family celebration - we were 18 adults and 9 children under 8 years. The rooms were immaculate and the outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing, playing games, swimming or just quietly reading a book. Everybody was impressed by the decor and your overall sense of design. In you own words this was a place to "rire souvent, lire et ne fait rien" Parfait!

Beautifully located villa in Provance

We spent a week in this stunning Villa just outside of Valréas and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were so much nicer than they appear in the photos and the swimming pool was much larger and nicer than we expected. The owner was really helpful and was quick to reply to all our messages with good tips and advice. We were a group of 26 people including 7 children and the size of the house was just perfect for us. Highly recommended.

Nous avons réservé la maison pour un week-end entre amis et nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable ! Un lieu de toute beauté. Tout est parfait : de multiples espaces extrêmement bien décorés et aménagés, des chambres spacieuses avec une literie fantastique, une cuisine super équipée, les extérieurs sont sublimes, piscine, salons de jardin, bbq, plancha, ping pong..... la demeure est exceptionnelle. Nous étions comme chez nous grâce à Maylis qui nous a très bien accueilli et expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison. Aucun point négatif.

Nous avons passé un weekend de rêve dans cette magnifique propriété à couper le souffle ! Le cadre est idyllique, la propriété impeccable, le mas décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour passer un moment magique.
