The villa stands on a plot of 1800 square meters independent. in a new subdivision sunny private villas located in Domus De Maria, just 5 km. from the beautiful beaches of Chia. Spectacular view on an amphitheater of hills in the pristine Mediterranean.

Beautiful house near the best beaches in Sardinia

Thank you for the communication and easy booking. We enjoyed our stay in the villa that was equipped with everything you can need. Well located and very close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. Make sure to tell them in advance how many beds you want to be made.

Expectations exceeded

The property is of a high standatd. The ease of booking and response from the owner was very good. We had two minor problems during our two-week stay - WiFi issue and failure of pump in the swimming pool following a very blustery day. Both were resoved by the local managers very promptly. There are a few restaurants in Domus de Maria 12 minutes walking dustance. The beaches of Chia are spectacular and only a short drive away. The parasols in the basement were well used. Highly recommended

Fantastic South Sardegna

Lovely villa in South Sardinia. Very easy access to Chia and surrounding beaches. Immaculately clean with all necessaries. Aldo the host was excellent in communicating. Highly recommended

Countryside Delight

A fantastic, modern villa with a great pool. Easy driving distance to all the beaches in the Chia area. Good couple of pizza restaurants within walking distance in Domus de Maria.

Villa with stunning mountain scenery

Modern, airy villa with pool and small garden that isn’t overlooked. The views of the mountains which change with the time of day and weather were a constant source of delight for us. The 2 large double bed rooms were clean and functional. The kitchen area is small but we managed to make two meals there. There are a few pizza restaurants within walking distance in Domus de Maria and a small market on Saturday mornings with fresh produce and fish. Lots of lovely beaches to drive to.
