About this property

Very bright apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building with 10 windows.
3rd floor, stairs with 40 exact steps to reach our door. (No elevator)
Master bedroom with double bed, spacious kitchen, 1 well equipped bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen in wich you can cook real gourmet meals.
Rialto Market walking distance where you can find great fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and even La casa del Parmigiano for your original parmesan cheese.
All services as Pharmacy, Post Office, museums, churches, very close. A great Supermarket CONAD in within 15 yards! Cool shops (leather purses and local crafts) near home.
Even our neighbours' bar in Campo San Polo (San Polo Square) called Ristobar San Polo.

Amazing apartment

Great clean apartment. Spacious, quiet and centrally located. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Host met me and helped me navigate getting to property. Would recommend

Fantastic Week in Beautiful Venice

We booked this apartment for a one week holiday to Venice. Communication with Sabina and Marilena was faultless and Sabina met us on arrival to walk us to the apartment. She was really lovely and gave us lots of helpful information regarding San Polo and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable sofa, bed, good shower, kitchen etc. we wanted for nothing. There is a Conad supermarket literally one minute away where you can get all your food and wine and a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is within easy walking distance to all the sights. The whole apartment has air conditioning and we slept really well as it was lovely and quiet at night. I would 100% recommend this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home and so well maintained and cared for. Thank you so much Sabina and Marilena for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

I didn't want to leave.

I can't rate this apartment highly enough. Even before arriving in Venice Sabina had emailed with wonderfully informative advice on how to get to Venice from the airport. On arriving at the Rialto bridge Sabina met us and gave an unexpected but totally useful guided tour from the bridge back to the apartment. And what an apartment!!!! The rooms were spacious, warm and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom were both very modern, the beds very comfortable, and with so much light flooding in from the windows on every side of the building. With a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket not 50 steps from the door - but around a corner so there is no noise from the venues in the evening. There was even a waterbus stop a few minutes walk away. The information folder Sabina had provided along with the coffee table travel books were a great source of information. I want to return, I want to recommend the apartment to everyone I know. Thank you Sabina, you were very welcoming and provided a wonderful base for a short stay in the beautiful city.

Why they chose this property

This has been our family home and it is here that I have lived all my youth. You find it in the Historical Center of the City between Campo San Polo and the Gothic Frari Church. I'd like to share it with curious guests willing to appreciate a unique city in our world. My daughter, Sabina, who works in the field of tourism, as a tour guide, will be able to welcome you with all the necessary explanations and precious informations and advices on how to enjoy the city the most.
