The chalet is 100 sq. m with 3 floors including 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all to provide you the comfort you want. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, its fully equipped kitchen is an added advantage. There is a foosball for both adults and children. The exterior is equally spacious with 400 sq. m south facing and fully fenced garden. You can enjoy open-air meals thanks to the terrace and garden lounge. Big parking and shuttle bus stop nearby. Please note that pets are allowed and long-term rental is possible. In the basement, there is a parking for one car, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) a pantry with a fridge and freezer. Very mixed feelings about this property
Owner was excellent with communication and our arrival arrangements, which were made tricky by Tour de France road closures and she allowed us to leave our car at the property early. Property is on road (which I was aware of) where most people drive way too fast, which is a shame, but did not impact us greatly. Amazing views from balcony. Property is VERY tired and in dire need of some love and attention, which is a shame as it could be so lovely. I understand that major refurbishment would be very expensive, but simple things could make a real difference, like mending broken keys in doors (two) and the knackered front door lock, fixing the plug sockets that are loose in the wall, the wall lamps that are wonky and loose. The decking is all wonky so a trip hazard, the gate doesn't lock without a fight, the loose bannister on the very steep spiral stairs, the broken glass in the bathroom skylight - not massive repairs but simple things that make the property seem uncared for. The garden could be made so much prettier with some flowerbeds, the knackered shed having a lick of paint etc. Everything just felt shabby and neglected which is sad as the property is lovely and we really liked it. There are ugly doilies hanging in all the windows that are all creased and one had a hole in it - not a deal breaker but either take them down or at least iron them!!!! Nice property which we really liked but could be so much nicer with some care and attention.

Family Holiday
Had a super family holiday here. Chalet is a little dated in places but very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Superb views and although it is out of town and up a very steep hill, the free bus stop is very close and runs regularly until 7.30pm. Would definitely recommend it.
