About the property

This lovely apartment has a pretty, enclosed garden with BBQ and a sunny terrace. There is direct access via a gate to the communal swimming pools and gardens. Located on the ground floor the property is suitable for families with children, the elderly and golfers alike. Within the gated complex there is a reserved parking space which is close to the apartment.

Inside, the apartment is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes and direct access to the garden. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a family shower room across the hall from the second bedroom.

The lounge has 2 sofas (sofa beds), TV and DVD/CD player, with Spanish satellite TV including a few English channels. In the lounge there is a dining table with 6 chairs. French doors lead from the lounge to the garden and patio. Here there is another table and chairs to make the most of dining al fresco. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with colourful climbing plants so there is plenty of space for relaxing in peace.

Air conditioning to the lounge and both bedrooms also provides heating to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility area including:

Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc and a kitchen table and chairs.

Linen and towels (not beach towels) are included.

Frescura pese al gran calor de la zona

Quiero agradecer al propietario toda la información proporcionada antes de llegar a la casa. Comentar que la casa es preciosa, no le falta de nada y esta bastante bien cuidada pese a ser de alquiler. La terraza una maravilla al igual que la piscina en la que han disfrutado muchísimo mis hijas. En la casa se está la mar de bien ya que es muy fresca y el aire acondicionado no hace falta ponerlo mucho. También está muy cerca de Portugal y las maravillosas playas de Tavira. Solo por poner una pega diría que hay demasiados mosquitos, da igual que repelente te pongas pues te pican igual.

En general le pondría un 9 a nuestra estancia en la casa. Y la recomiendo al 100%

Información incompleta

Hasta que no pagamos el importe total de la estancia no recibimos el contrato de alquiler con sus condiciones. Entre las que incluía que la fianza se me devolvía a la semana siguiente y me descontarían si hiciera falta una limpieza de piso. El cual no estaba limpio, llene un recogedor con pelusas y suciedades varias. Que de no haberlo recogido yo me lo hubiesen descontado de la fianza, supuestamente. No lo recomiendo.

Owner's Response: Tenemos como norma mandar el contrato de alquiler cuando el total de la estancia esté pagado por nuestra propia protección porque contiene nuestros datos confidenciales. De todas formas el huésped tenía toda la información en el anuncio y en el contrato con suficiente antelación que si no estuviera conforme con algo nos pudiera haber pedido la devolución del total del alquiler y el deposito de seguridad. En cuanto a la devolución de la fianza, aseguramos la devolución total siempre que el piso esté en buenas condiciones al final de la estancia. En este caso nos encontramos de viaje y con los bancos inoperativos por días festivos lo cual nos hizo imposible la devolución hasta la siguiente semana – cosa que le advertimos al huésped por teléfono. De todas formas nos parece muy critico su comentario por no mencionar los esfuerzos que hicimos para que su estancia fuera lo mas agradable posible. Destacar que la fianza era una cantidad simbólica.

Tres bel appartement

nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à costa esuri. L'appartement est très bien. il correspond parfaitement à la description.Tres bien situé par rapport à la piscine.Le seul point négatif est la présence de moustiques qui vient gâcher le plaisir du petit jardin.Nous n'avons jamais pu y manger.C'est vraiment dommage car il est tres joli. Meme en étendant le linge dehors on se fait piquer en 30 secondes . on est obliger d'etre enfermé à l'interieur car meme avec les répulsifs ils sont toujours là. Autrement tout était parfait . Endroit agréable pour faire de la course à pied, de la marche ou du vélo.

Owner's Response: El problema de los mosquitos se puede solucionar poniendo velas o antorchas anti mosquitos y usando un buen repelente. Nosotros siempre comemos y cenamos en el jardin y esto nos ha ayudado. The mosquito problem can be solved by using anti-mosquito candles and a good insect repellent. We always eat lunch and dinner in the garden and this has helped us.

Una estancia muy agradable

El apartamento responde a las características que se describen en el anuncio. Especialmente nos gustó, que tuviera acceso directo a la piscina puesto que íbamos con un niño pequeño y nos facilitaba bastante las cosas (imprescindible el coche para visitar las playas). El apartamento es amplio y cabrían perfectamente dos parejas. Dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios. La única pega (por poner alguna) es que la señal de Internet es baja y, en ocasiones, los dispositivos solo detectan la red portuguesa (cuidado con el roaming). Gran seriedad. Lo recomendaría.

The complex is part of the resort of Costa Esuri, set in 80 hectares of unspoilt countryside with a golf course and close to beaches on Costa de la Luz, Spain and the Algarve, Portugal. The beautiful and traditional fishing town of Ayamonte is only 5 kms away with its cobbled streets, marina, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

Costa Esuri is situated on the banks of the River Guadiana, close to the nature reserve of Castro Marim and only 1 km from the Portuguese border. The area is renowned for its magnificent beaches and first class golf courses.

The Esuri golf club house is just a couple of minutes drive where you can sit on the terrace with a cool drink and enjoy fabulous views across the golf course and river to Portugal.

Visitors are able to visit either country easily (no border controls) and experience the best that both have to offer.

A car is essential to get the most from your holiday.
