Quiet Riad

Being outside the medina the property was quiet and secure. However the major drawback was that the advertised swimming pools were empty. also cooking and other kitchen utensils were poor. Kettle did not work. Water dribbled out of the taps in the second floor bathroom.

Amazing place- on maps as Qarya Siyahia

Amazing place to stay All the things you'd need Pool closed at 6pm when we stayed for the week On-site restaurants and corner shops were nice Toilets had low pressure but not a huge issue Have to buy your own toilet paper Towels provided AC in every room and it was so helpful

Excellent location needs property needs some refurbishment

We stayed in Feb'20 and enjoyed our overall stay. The location is just outside the old city but can be conveniently reached via a taxi. The Riad is within a gated community and very secure with easy access to shops and restaurants. The property is very spacious and has all basic amenities that one would need in a holiday. We enjoyed staying at the property and the caretaker Safa and her daughters made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. However the property could be made much better with some renovations. Electric points needs attention as many sockets doesn't work and are hanging out of the wall. The plumbing of the wash basin in the downstairs toilet also needs attention, kitchen feels very dated etc. . overall we enjoyed being there and would recomend this to other.

Très pratique et charmant

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce riad residentiel, acces à une piscine collective, medina accessible à pieds, petite epicerie et restaurant dans la residence. Le plus : la gentillesse de Khadijia aux petits soins pour nos estomacs qui nous a fait explorer les bons petits plats marocains à domicile et une équipe de chauffeurs pour explorer la region. Juste 2 tous petits bemols: la piscine ferme vers 17h donc pas possible de se rafraichir au retour de balades, et intérieur qui gagnerait à être éclairé avec plus de lampes dans la pièce à vivre. Au global, très agréable et tres pratique. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.
