Views of the bay, the coastal landscape and the local mountain of Jávea, the Montgó. A flat plot of land of around 1200m2. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, distributed on nearly 350m2. Modern and completely new estate with large panoramic glass front. Elegant Villa. The complete indoor surface is finished in polished marble (floor) and aged marble (walls of kitchen, toilets and bathrooms). Each floor has its own separate entrance, but there is also an internal staircase. The ground-floor living room has 100sq m, the first floor living room 60sq m. The large garden invites to barbecues. The huge terraces invite to have a cool drink (in the shade) or get a tan in the sun.

7 great weeks in Javea

hank you Gina and Christopher for seven great weeks in Javea; we loved the spacious house, barbeque area, pool and great views! The house is perfect for large families or as for us, two small families, as the upstair/downstair floors can be used as to separate apartments with independent kitchens and entrances. We hope we are able to come back soon!

Excellent accommodation with stunning view

We have stayed several times in Javea & this Villa has the most beautiful view over the Port out to sea. The house is modern & spacious and very clean. There is everything you need in the house to accommodate your stay and the location is perfect for exploring Javea Port & Old Town, with Arenal beach a short drive. The owner Gina is very friendly & welcoming. A perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday in luxurious comfort. Definitely recommended as a fantastic holiday home & hopefully we will return again soon.

Stunning Villa and Views!

This is a truly outstanding Villa, with beautiful views. The communication with the Owners was excellent and on the one occasion we required their assistance the response was immediate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in March 2011, the weather was variable but even on the chilly days the views from the lounge more than compensated.

We are a English couple who brought our two dogs with us. Firstly, the Sat TV channels were restricted to a few English speaking channels. For the benefit of anyone proposing to bring dogs,the property is not fully secure and with night time visitors such as rabbits and cats, the Montgo might be too much of a lure.

For a long term rental the beds and quality of the bedding are not comfortable. We have discussed this when checking out with the Owners.

To sum up, this a excellent Villa and well worth staying here. We loved staying here, and the criticisms I have pointed out pale into true significance.

Lovely Villa with breathtaking views

A very nice and spacious villa.

Beautiful seaviews and panoramic views of Javea, from every terrace of the house.

Nicely and modern furnished.

Despite of the weather we had a great time, also because the villa is very comfortable and well equipped for a family

I would love to come back to this villa.

The owner was very helpfull if we had any questions.

You wo'n't be disappointed when renting this villa.

Wonderful Holiday

Excellent location, the house is bright,clean, modern, tastefully furnished stylish decor, and an extremely well equipped kitchen,Incredible views from all of terraces - in fact breathtaking -.

When we entered the house we absolutely fell in love with it.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

Javea is a lovely little village, but car is highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent holiday experience

Me and my fammiliy have stayd in Javea a lot of places but this was bthy far the best location. Near to everything but absolutely private and quiet. Perfect house in a perfect surrounding. A real pleasure. The rental price is more than fair and the ower is very helpfull and friendly. I defnately recomend it.

This property is situated high above the sea in close proximity to the old port of Jávea. The estate is within walking distance of the fishing port and marina of Jávea following the road to the south to the port of Javea. To the north there is a direct route leading to the lighthouse of Cabo de San Antonio from where you get to the link road between Jávea and Denia. To the south of the property (to the front) there is a view opening over the bay of Jávea. In the daytime you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while during the night a sea of lights formed by the lit up coastal landscape offers an impressive spectacle. This coastal landscape is the most attractive to the eye that the Mediterranean has to offer. Sandy beaches covered in palm trees are followed by cliff faces rising from the sea. The property is surrounded by the Montgó natural park with pleasant walking trails and spectacular views on the cliffs falling into the Mediterranean.
