This lovely second floor, 4BR-4BA Tivoli villa has a stunning golf course view, and is located steps away from the Tivoli swimming pool in Sandestin Resort. With the largest four bedroom floor plan in the Resort, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! This is truly the ideal family vacation home. Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, or shopping, our location offers convenience to it all. A short golf cart ride will take you directly to the sandy white beach. The sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is about 40 yards away, and you will be surrounded by the a championship 18-hole golf course. Head on over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of the Resort's premier restaurants.

Our tastefully decorated second floor villa is appointed with comfortable furnishings. With soaring ceilings, the family room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for six, and there is additional bar seating for two. There is a sleeper in the living room. Step onto the screened balcony and take in a beautiful golf course view, and enjoy outdoor dining and seating.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, a television area, and access to the outside screened balcony. The private bath is complete with an oversized shower and a jetted roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a children’s den area with two twin beds, a television, and a full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer. There is no elevator for the building.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spacious and clean. Good location to the beach. It could use some updates, updated pans and throwing out the chipped plates/bowls, more bar stools and highly recommend towel hooks in the bathrooms. The last night we couldn't use the air conditioner. No clue what happened with it, it just started to make very loud noises. I believe it was getting fixed, but we checked out before we knew. We had issues with our golf cart. Its an older model and there is no gauges to know how much battery life it has. The first night, it broke down. The company was easy to work with on getting it fixed, however it was unreliable. After the first fix, the lights wouldn't work at night (this is after it charged for several hours and wasn't driven very much that day). We probably went 2+ days without the use of our cart, which was not enjoyable when renting a place w/ a working cart. I recommend the owner replace it or just not have one.

Absolute prime location!! We loooved staying here!! Everything was very nice!! Only 2 complaints is that the golf cart was pretty old and slow but it got us where we needed to be and there was hair in the shower but we bring our own cleaning supplies just in case! Other than that, amazing views and friendly neighborhood!
