Great host, Great property, Great location

The property is exceptional and the owner is very hospitable. In addition to a nice bottle of red wine and some local speciality bicuits, Gabriella was also very helpful with suggestions of where to shop and sights to see. The location is unbeatable and the property overlooks Lake Maggiore and in the distance one can see the snow capped Swiss Alps. It is a very short drive to the centre of Stresa and the area is very peaceful. The rooms are well proportioned and everything was in order. We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent accommodation

A very well equipped villa with amazing views. Everywhere was very clean, with plenty of room, inside and outside. Lovely location with amazing views of the lake and mountains. A short walk down to the town through the woods with all the trees providing plenty of shade, especially in the heat of the day!

Lovely house with panoramic views

We can only confirm all the positive reviews of this property: the panoramic views are stunning, the house is very well equipped and set in mature gardens with rhododendrons and azaleas (which were in blossom during our stay), and the owner Gabriella is very welcoming. We particularly appreciated the lounge with large windows/glass fronts to three sides and the various seating areas inside the house and on the terraces, which we used at different times of the day. We will definitely stay here again!

A really beautiful location , stunning views to die for and a charmingself contaied apartment

The Owner Gabriella who lives below was lovely and very accommodating with perfect English . We were there for New Year abd Christmas and the terrace and views were divine but in Spring Sumner they must be spectacular.Stresa is a pretty town 15 mins walk away and awash with little Trattoria’s and Restaurants Highly recommend
