Detached villa with a wonderful walled garden in a very peaceful setting ideal for those who like to relax
The house is 90 square meters, consisting of two bedrooms: one double and one twin.
A large dining room, a kitchen equipped with all the crockery, a large fireplace and all the necessary appliances (washing machine, electric oven, electric single oven, television with digital terrestrial connection). With the rent includes the cost of power and water consumption, ensured by a water reserve and on request the bedding.
The house has a large garden, with the possibility of internal parking. You can cook in the barbecue and eat in the garden. There is a rocking sofa to relax
An ideal garden for both children and animals
The house is located within the village, close to all services: supermarket, bank, post office, petrol station, newsagent etc.
The village of Sant'Anna Arresi is about five kilometers from the sea, 5 minutes by car. There are also public services that reach the sea, the bus stop is very close to home.

Farniente et visites touristiques

Maison qui a une âme, située dans un lieu tranquille paysan où l'on peux se reposer en mangeant sur la terrasse, au jardin bien clos si on a un chien . Les plages de sable fin sont à quelques kilomètres et on peut faire des ballades sympas comme à Porto botte ou les flamants roses se promènent calmement... Bref, vacances réussies.

Quest'anno sara' la quarta vacanza che trascorrere mo a Sant'Anna Arresi. La casa e' ampia, confortevole, pulita e accessoriata praticamente di tutto. Ha un grandissimo giardino attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e dondolo. E' situata in posizione tranquilla ma vicina ai vari negozi e supermercati ed e' l'ideale per una vacanza a tutto relax. Per finire i padroni di casa sono persone squisite e molto disponibili.

Vacanza ideale

La casa è molto accogliente, silenziosa. Le camere molto spaziose. Il giardino è molto grande, recintato, ideale per rilassarsi, cucinare e mangiare all'aperto. La casa è vicina a tutti i servizi: a piedi 5 minuti. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima. La descrizone della casa corrisponde perfettamente. I proprietari sono molto gentili Le spiaggie sono bellissime. Una vacanza da ripetere

Splendida vacanza con i miei cani!

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa si trova in una zona molto rilassante, si sentono solo i rumori della natura e niente traffico, però allo stesso tempo si può arrivare a piedi al centro in 5 minuti. La casa è spaziosissima, il giardino è enorme, tutto recintato e gli amici cani hanno potuto scorrazzare liberi e rilassarsi anche loro! Abbiamo cenato quasi sempre in giardino, l'atmosfera è perfetta per un barbecue. Tra le altre cose i negozi di Sant'Anna Arresi sono fornitissimi di ottimi prodotti locali, e le persone gentili e disponibili, come i proprietari. Le spiagge sono fantastiche, sia a Portopino (5 min in auto), sia quelle in direzione Teulada (Tuerredda ecc). Da ripetere assolutamente!

la casa e' molto spaziosa ,i locali grandi ,molto pulita,fornita veramente di tutto, il giardino immenso ideale per chi ha animali domestici la posizione comodissima sia per Le spiagge che per i servizi in centro .La consiglio vivamente!INon per ultimo i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto cordiali
