About this property

This charming, single villa (130m2) is right on the 9th hole on the fairway Golf des Pins surrounded by wonderful pines. A beautiful furnished house including every modern convenience, it has a south facing garden (550 m²) with a large terrace ideal for summer BBQ whilst watching the golfers. Downstairs there is a large living room with an music system, television, as well as equipped kitchen with behind small room, with a second fridge. Separate cloakroom, 1 toilet. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, all have double wardrobes. A bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with parking. Sporting facilities in Hardelot includes horse riding, pony's for kids, tennis, speed sailing, land yachting, sailing and golf (2 golf courses (des Pins & des dunes). Hardelot village and beach with shops, boutiques & restaurants are far 10 minutes walking. Access: A16 (Paris-Amiens-Calais), exit 27, just 30 minutes drive from the euro tunnel exit.

Tennis and Sailing clubs : There are several courts, all weather outdoor courts and 2 indoor courts. During the school holidays they run a series of tennis courses for children. The Base Nautique at the southern end of the esplanade has facilities for sailing, windsurfing and sand sailing with courses children and adults and weekly stages.

Beach and Forest: twenty minutes will take you walking to the center village and to the sand dunes, beautiful views of the coast line: 15 kilometers of flat sand, with birds (goeland, cormoran, mouettes) all around.

The bed sheets are optional: the travelers may bring their own bed sheets.
If you want to rent them, you must pay an extra fee which is: 11 Euro per person.

Golf and Horse riding with courses for children also.

Le Touquet-Paris-Plage which is near Hardelot is a good opportunity for walking and shopping (markets on thursday and saturday). The little port of Etaples has a market on friday and good shops for buying fresh fish (Pêcheur d'Etaples).

Really good family property

Beach and town within walking distance. Beach large and ideal for sand castles. The town had good shops and restaurants.

Lovely villa in an excellent location

We used the villa as a base for our golf/ sightseeing holiday. It’s a lovely villa. Very spacious and clean lots of outside space to relax in. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Outside, the garden is well kept and very peaceful. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay here and we would happily return.

Perfect Golf Location

Great house, opposite the 9th Tee on the Golf Des Pins course, therefore wonderful views when you’re having breakfast or a BBQ in the garden. This really is a ‘home from home’ property, in a great neighbourhood and so comfortable whatever the season as it is very well equipped. We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for having us to stay!

Lovely family home in superb location

This property is in a great location with lovely views over the 9th fairway at Les Pins golf course and within easy reach of other beautiful courses nearby and not far from Le Touquet. We really enjoyed playing Les Pins, Les Dunes and Le Foret which were all in lovely condition. The villa is also very close to Hardelot town centre for lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and the most beautiful sandy beach. The property is set in a well maintained, large secluded garden and gets the sunshine at all times of the day. Great for relaxing. This is a large spacious family home and has been very well looked after, the furnishings make this a very comfortable and homely property and newly decorated. The bedrooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The villa is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen and gave us the home from home feel from day one where we could relax and enjoy our family holiday. The owner of this property was so helpful and answered every question we asked and so promptly, great customer service. We definitely hope to return to Parfum De Dunes and will recommend to our friends.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns vom 1. Tag an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, am Ende einer Sackgasse, mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, gelegen. Vom sonnendurchfluteten Wohn- und Eßraum hat man einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten. Die Zimmer sind hell und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hinter der Küche haben wir als Musikzimmer genutzt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen.Die Umgebung eignet sich für Rad- und Wandertouren. Das Wegnetz ist gut beschrieben. Zum Strand sind wir einen Weg am Bach entlang gelaufen. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir täglich genutzt. Das gleiche gilt für das schöne Geschirr. Damit konnten wir immer eine schöne Tafel eindecken. Die zentrale Lüftungsanlage hat immer für gute Luft im Haus gesorgt. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und frisch. Die Aufteilung der Bäder und Toiletten war so gut, dass wir (6 Personen) uns nicht in die Quere kamen. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
