The owner lives on the ground floor opposite and can help you with any need with great pleasure if she is present during your stay.

Lovely time spent with my two teenage children before they go off to university. Great location. Would certainly come back in future. Only confusion was where to leave key when we left….didn’t want to leave door open so left it in mail box….hope it got back to you OK. Thank you, Lyndon

Such a relief!
Compared to our previous accommodation, this apartment was immaculate. It was very clean, tidy with quality equipment and was in a beautiful location. Secure parking and use of a private garden led to us having a restorative and relaxing week's stay. Our hostess Mme Lysiane was so welcoming and catered for our every need. Would wholeheartedly recommend this absolute gem of an apartment.

Lovely flat in great location
This is a very comfortable and well equipped flat in a quiet but great location. Easy walk to nice restaurants and great shops and don't miss the market on Friday! Helpful and friendly reception, we hope to visit again soon.

Perfectly positioned property
Very comfortable, well-equipped property with the benefit of a sheltered sunny garden, and lovely weather to make the most of it. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the walled city of St Malo are within walking distance, but the peninsula itself is very attractive. We would highly recommend this as a base, with or without a car.

Lovely Apartment. Great location
We have just returned from a great stay in Lysiane's Apartment. The apartment is great. Spacious, good location and everything you need is there. The apartment is light and bright and the garden is lovely and gets the evening sun. We hope to visit again soon.
