Apartment completely renovated this year 2013 with a unique view of the facade of the Sagrada Familia, in quiet environment ideal for families.
This consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room very cozy and with spectacular views of the Sagrada Familia with a double sofa bed very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. A bathroom with shower.

Spacious & in a perfect location!

4 of us stayed in this apartment for 4 nights at the end of November. The location is great - just a couple of minutes walk from Sagrada Familia metro (on the blue & purple lines) so you can get around the city very easily. There is a perfect view of the Sagrada Familia from the window across a picturesque park. At the end of November/during December there is a Christmas market just the other side of the Sagrada which is worth a visit for decorations and caganers! The property was very clean. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer and lots of cupboard space. There is a coffee machine and a kettle that goes on the hob for boiling water. There is a supermarket (24 hr) a couple of blocks away. The computer we found to be a little slow but the Wi-Fi was great for using our own devices. The beds were made up and were really comfortable, there were also extra pillows and plenty of towels. There were 4 of us staying and we did find that by the 3rd shower the water was running cold, but we just had to ensure we showered at different times. This wouldn't be an issue in the summer as I guess you wouldn't want the water to be too hot anyway! We would definitely return to this property when visiting Barcelona again.

A wonderful place to stay

We arrived from Madrid ready to relax, and were pleasantly surprised by the property. The view of the Sagrada Familia was as it is in the photos, and was simply magical. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room was very welcomed. If there is to be one issue, it was that the shower was very slow to drain which made showering a small hassle. But that was easy to move past purely for the fact that the property was so comfortable and spacious. I definitely recommend this property, and would happily stay again when I return to Barcelona.

Perfect location

We stayed 4 nights. The location is perfect, literally right next to Sagrada Familia and Metro. The apartment is small but very efficient and clean. Mar was a pleasure to deal with.
