About this property

Atypical accommodation in a quiet village close to beaches, the Marais Poitevin, Saintonge, from the big city of La Rochelle. In the latter, besides its architecture and history, everything that a first-class tourist city can offer.

Arriving you leave your car in the parking lot for 4 vehicles. You push the door and you're in a paved with "ladies of hearts" courtyard surrounded by climbing roses. Therein lies the home gateway that provides access to the living room that includes the kitchen, the dining area and living room. At this level are two large bedrooms with bathroom. A spiral staircase leading to glass walkways leading to the first floor where three bedrooms are located, also have their bathroom, and laundry room.

New heat pumps provide heating and air conditioning for your comfort. The floors are made of solid chestnut.

Loft de rêve dont la propreté laisse à désirer

Nous avons sélectionné avec mon épouse ce loft dont les prestations ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes, chacune de ses 5 chambres à sa propre salle de bain et son toilette. Un endroit idéal pour se retrouver à plusieurs et garder ainsi son intimité. Néanmoins malgré un accueil et une première impression des plus flatteuse nous avons été confrontés à bon nombre de problèmes.... toilettes bouchés, climatisation qui ne fonctionne plus, frigo qui a du mal à descendre en dessous de 10°c... mais le plus décevant est l'état dans lequel se trouvaient les sanitaires de la maison, en effet dans chaque salle de bain, l'évacuation des eaux était rendue difficile par une accumulation de déchets de toutes sortes (cheveux, résidus...) qui se trouvaient en visuel au niveau des bondes d'évacuations.... Au même titre que le lave vaisselle dont le filtre n'avait surement jamais été nettoyé et dans lequel le propriétaire m'a indiqué que je pouvais mettre ma vaisselle sans soucis.... C'est malheureusement un endroit magnifique mais qui nécessite un entretien que ne peux pas fournir une personne comme le propriétaire qui est seul pour s'occuper de 250m² entre 2 arrivées de locataires. Pour résumé nous avons quand même passé un super moment dans ce lieu atypique mais entaché par des problèmes d’hygiènes et de propreté ce qui est dommage lorsque l'on paye ce prix la pour 1 semaine de location
